  I received a rectangular tray in this pattern and wanted to have matching mugs to use in my bedroom. Everything arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I will say I found the shipping charge to be way out of line, the cost of another mug. Most sites offer free shipping, so that is my biggest critique.

  Navigation and the search feature were a bit confusing on my phone; I feel that the website could be improved relative to other sites. Customer service was spectacular thanks to Joshua! The shipping time seemed long, but it was as advertised and I was impatient because I was excited to receive it.

  Overall the experience was good. I was able to search for and find products that interested me. My one criticism was the amount of time between when I placed my order and I actually got the products I ordered. It took 11 days before my products shipped and then another 12 days before both items were delivered to my house.

We hand stretch our canvases and print artwork in our California facility within our made-to-order time frame of 1 to 2 weeks to fulfillment. Once the item departs our facility, it is out of our control as to the workload of the postal carrier by region.   I ordered my NC Map Coaster at the height of Covid-19 shutdowns, so my order took quite a bit longer to complete; however, when I inquired about order fulfillment, they responded immediately and honestly. That is great customer service! The coaster arrived and it is beautiful and well made. Even through the challenges of Covid-19 they delivered a quality product AND provided great customer service.

All of our canvas wall art is made-to-order directly in our California facility - we hand-stretch the canvases over a sustainable wood frame and print using the Giclee method with non-toxic inks.   Never received a confirming email. Had to call company. But love the artwork. Had bought a piece last summer at a boutique furniture store on the Outer Banks of NC and loved it. All 3 hanging in my kitchen.
