The Heavy Duty Rivet Shelving exceeded expectations: easy to assemble, incredibly sturdy, and holds a lot of weight without flexing. Perfect for garage or warehouse storage.     Product is acceptable, but the shipping and handing costs are twice the cost of the shelving and I excluded the particle board shelves. I will not order online again from ShelvingDirect too expensive..

    Good sturdy shelves, well-designed. Easier to put up than the ones they replaced, and MUCH stronger, despite having similar weight ratings from the manufacturer. Delivery guy did a good job of accommodating a delivery to a residential site with no fork truck present.

    The quality of the shelving was exactly what I wanted, though there was minor damage to some shelves due to poor packing. The delivery company also was not equipped properly and they had to take personal risk to move the shelving palette into my property, which also caused additional minor dings to the material. Overall quite happy with the product though.
