After a month of these pills (I only use the pills, not the elixir), my hair only grew about a quarter of inch but it is much stronger and my scalp is a lot healthier. The only rapid growth I see is in my nails. My nails grow quicker and stronger and I cut them every 2 weeks because I don't want them too long.

I used these hair vitamins for a complete month and after using many other hair vitamins, I can honestly say that these vitamins WORK! I have seen a complete difference in my hair. I will take these for six months and hope to see VERY GOOD results by summer!!!
