I have been using for 1 full month, seems to be helping my nails. I am going start my next bottle (2nd bottle) and now have the oil to go with it. Just started the oil 2 days ago. So, will see how it works for my scalp and hair in the next few weeks. Good vitamin product so far!

So it's good my hair grows very slowly, but it is healthy and alot thicker. I need order another bottle. So far I do like the product.

This product feels great on my hair; however, I really don’t care for the smell. It has a weird smell to me that’s why it only got 3 stars.

I have seen a noticeable difference after two years of use. I first started using the vitamins only, then I added the elizer, shampoo and conditioner.
