My hair is thicker , yes- which means new hair has grown in. So much, that I had to cut about 2 inches of my short hair off b/c it was virtually see-thru compared to the new hair. But my nails! I've been a nail biter for 40 years, but now my nails griw like crazy & are literally too hair to bite! Love it!
