I can't take the vitamins as they are to big. Elixir doesn't seem to be work and I ordered 2 more of them and they're both almost gone. I really can't see a big difference for me personally. Maybe my process will take longer than other's just using the elixir, the vitamins are just to big for me to take twice a day.

I purchased the vitamins and hair oil about a month ago and haven't noticed any real change in my hair with these products. The pills are really big too so anyone that has a hard time swallowing pills may not do so well with these.
