I have been using both the vitamins and the hair elixir for a little over a month and I am on my second bottle of vitamins. I do notice a significant difference in the strength of both my hair and my nails. I have an area of thinning at the top of my head that is noticeable thicker as well. There has also been a reduction in the amount of hair loss I have with detangling too. I have skipped some days with taking the vitamins, but I have used the hair elixir daily. I plan to continue use for another 2-3 months at least.

I am on my third bottle of Shedavi vitamins. My nails are definitely stronger. My hair has been in protective styles while using the Shedavi vitamins and the new growth is much faster and thicker than prior to using the vitamins. I will continue to use this product. There is definitely a visible improvement in my hair and nails. It's great to buy a product that actually does what it advertises.
