I am now on my 3rd bottle. BE PATIENT! It will work! I am an RN and did much research as I always do prior to me finding and trying products. My hair has been thinning and falling out due to a recent diet change. I have been using this product now going on 3 months and I now can see a HUGE difference with my hair as well as my nails! I was getting gel nails for about 15 years, and I had thin fragile damaged nails. This has DEFINETLY strengthened my nails and they are growing like crazy now. I actually have to trim the every 10 days and finally can wear them natural and it feels amazing! It has significantly decreased my hair loss. I will continue my healthy diet, hair routine, and take these to see how it goes. AND my hair was neck length when I started and it is now at my shoulders!
