I started off just using the vitamins twice a day and then I advanced to the entire kit and I will honestly say that myself and my stylist are seeing a big difference in such a short time. I started using the vitamins in November and I added the shampoo, conditioner, protein masque, leave in conditioner and that very powerful goodness of the elixir oil to my hair regimen and within a month of using the entire kit plus the vitamins twice a day, my hair is filling in and growing thicker than it was before.
