This does make my hair look healthy. I know my hair would grow more if I took both vitamins but the product can get expensive sometimes so I take one and use the other products. I do get compliments about how healthy my hair looks. It probably has grown also but I don’t check my length. I also don’t blow it out. I let it air dry and keep it curly. So anytime I see little girls I tell them we are in the curly girl club.

I've tried so many different vitamins to re-grow my hair. I lost a lot of my hair due to stress, medical issues (breast cancer cells removals), even birth control pills. I stop using birth control pills and been trying to harness the stress and medical issues. I've been taking these vitamins since March and I love them! The combination is perfect for my skin, nails and hair. These vitamins are made with ingredients that are meant for your health overall.

Awesome product. I have noticed the thickness of my hair. It feels heavier if that makes sense. Meaning with no product, just washed an air dry it feels and looks fuller.
