I started using the vitamins as a trial and it worked. Everything was subtle: my hair seemed stronger, then fuller, and lastly seemed softer and stronger. I thought that it was just me until co-workers started to ask me what I was using my hair.
The vitamins DO NOT UPSET MY STOMACH when taken with only water and can be easily broken and put into a daily shake etc for easier ingestion. No side effects for me on those days either.

I use this as part of my LOC routine because my hair loves it! I also use it put some in a water bottle and spritz on my new growth with the hair elixir every other morning for added moisture and hydration.
It doesn't seem to buld-up in my hair but it, nor does it clog my scalp pores which is amazing!

The first week of taking the vitamins just once a day is doing something immaculate to my skin nail and hair especially my nails... they’ve been growing long and thick I just need to stay consistent but it’s a life save.. plus I googled all the ingredients and it’s a pleasure to have such healthy minerals... I’ll be ordering again... this time I’ll order the full bundle

I cut my hair down and started taking the hair growth pills. I can tell the difference in the texture and strength of my hair. It has grown back healthier and thicker over the last four to six weeks.
