I've been using these vitamins now for the past few years (I switched from another leading brand to this one as I was intrigued by Shedavi's ingredients); it was the best thing I ever did!
When I initially started using these vitamins I had relaxed hair (which I loved); I then went natural and the vitamins have been very consistent with less shedding, growth, luster and sheen in both of my hair states. I've enjoyed the vitamins so much that I've committed to a monthly subscription so that I never run out of the vitamins.
I thoroughly recommend these vitamins you will not be disappointed!
