I’ve been taking these vitamins about 2 months now. I’ve noticed over the last year or so I’ve had a significant amount of hair fall out and thinning hair. I started out skeptical when taking these but I have noticed a big difference. My hair isn’t falling out as much as it was before and I can see my hair has definitely had some growth!

These vitamins work very well. My nails are growing like crazy. My hair is currently in a protective style so I can’t really say what results I’m having with my hair yet. I will definitely be reordering!!
