  Rails came with really bent tabs, had to straighten them to install on rack. Rails do not slide as they should, they seem bound up and is very hard to slide server.

  Had an old obscure part (power supply) for one of our non-critical servers in stock. Took a chance and ordered, received it in under 4 days, chucked it in, server booted right up with zero problems. Definitely adding serversupply to our vendorlist.

  I ordered a refurbished DVD drive from Server Supply and when it came, it didn't work. That happens with refurbished hardware. I rate them high because when I sent an email detailing my problem, one of their reps called me within a few hours and offered to ship another right away. He offered to ship it for next day delivery which I turned down. Regular ground shipping was fine with me as I wouldn't have time to dig back into the box until the weekend anyway. The new (refurbished) drive arrived on Friday and it works fine. I am caught up on ripping music to my playlist and am happy with Server Supply.
