  Could not get in contact with anyone with Schwab/Blue Hen. Called at different times of the day and no luck. Still have not gotten my tracking information.

  I have not received my order after 3 1/2 weeks. I contacted Schwab and haven't heard anything. Now I'm receiving a request for rating??

  I have been waiting over a month to receive my item which I still have not received. I have called, left messages, emailed, called again to no response. I will not order from them again!! Worst customer service ever!

  Ordering, delivery, and product were not problems. Had to return the item ordered because it did not fit where we needed it. If the dimensions of the piece had been available on the website, I would not have ordered it. But, I tried contacting by email, phone, leaving messages and never heard back. All I asked was to be given the dimensions, but no response. Ordered it anyway, and had to return because it didn't fit. then I had to return it. Please consider adding dimensions somewhere on items that are made to be replacement parts. Thanks for your consideration of this for future customers.

  The replacement lock cylinder was easy to install and worked properly immediately. I had previously wasted time and money hiring a locksmith to drill out the old cylinder, and then not be able to come up with the proper replacement.
