  I purchased a 3-person corner infrared sauna. I was helped by a person over the phone as what I wanted showed that it wasn't in stock online, but they had one left. The local delivery drivers were set up poorly. A 482-lb box being delivered by a single person. He wanted to leave it on a public sidewalk or in the street because he wasn't strong enough to get it up the driveway (should always use a delivery team that has two people at all times for large items on pallets, so this was mistake by Saunas&Stuff for not being proactive in the delivery process all the way to the customer. My 72-year old Father-in-Law had to help him and insisted that he wouldn't sign for it if he tried to leave it undelivered to a safe spot at the end of the driveway. I was at work. The Assembly: Instructions were basically non-existent as the English was clearly translated poorly, it referenced generic instructions and basically just said, "put that thing on now". One person in an hour were the claims. Two people are absolutely necessary and there is at least 8 hours of work if you're alone, 4 if you have help, not counting the three hours it takes to open everything and remove the debris. Figure two people one full day. The final results: pieces don't fit together when completed. There are gaps of lengths from 1 foot to 5 feet in multiple places (the door hinge (need to add a strip the length of the door to keep the draft out), the front wall top (whichever joint of the front wall you decide looks the best, the other is off. I used a chair to brace a wall up while I got another wall being the "1-person" job it implied. I used the same chair when I got a side, and after I hinged it to the side with the clasps, the clasps quickly came undone as the unit tried to spread apart. Maybe someone who has put together 45 of them has worked out what it takes to make all of the joints meet, but any worker from Saunas&Stuff who tries to claim a one-time assembler can get all the joints to meet is making things up and not being honest. The gaps of light and gaps of cold air coming through makes it look kind of cheap, and at $3800, it wasn't. The backrests they charged $30 for don't fit the sauna I bought in any way whatsoever and would be poor inclusions if they were free. I was very disappointed that the "sound" didn't include a CD player, but only was blue-tooth and a radio that truly needs a long extension cable for the antenna. I bought an extension 20-amp cord, also.

  I was umm’ing and rrr’ing for a few months before I finally ordered my Infrared sauna, since receiving my Infrared sauna it has become an integral part of my weekly routine, I use it 2/3 times a week and have personally seen significant difference to my health and wellness (and reduced hangovers!), I applaud Mike Stampfer for his sales service and knowledge whilst I made my long decision to purchase
