Generally the platform seems to work well and the setup was easy and the contact with sales and support staff was good. The reason for only 3 stars was it took a VERY long time to open the account...over 2 months. I am not sure if this is the fault of Ringover or whether this is a regulatory requirement. However I received no indication that it would take this long and also no communication from the company during this period. I thought they had ignored my order. As soon as the verification was complete, the service and communication with RingOver improved dramatically. It seems like a good service overall, but the setup and verification took far too long with no communication during this stage.

At every second the account is blocked. There should be more user manuals to help the user understand the tool. Over all it works well but I need to know more.

Julian Welland has been excellent to work with. He knew exactly what I wanted, made suggestions and I followed as requested. The service has been good from start to finish and the Onboarding was easy. I can tell you, I contacted two other similar companies to Ringover, but one promised to phone me back - I'm still waiting, and the other companies were just far too expensive. Why waste time and money? Go to Ringover!

In general good product, but for EVERY step, I need to contact customer support, since nearly always an error occured what makes it very slow and annoying at some point... however, the reps are very responsive which is good.

I found engaging this company extremely frustrating. At one point, I received an email saying my request for a trial was declined, with little explanation given, and advised not to contact their customer service centre as they will have no record of this information. That is the complete opposite of what good customer service looks like. Ryan did a good job of trying to support us through thru ringovers processes but unfortunately, he was probably let down by systems and processes that simply aren't customer centric. I'll shop around for alternatives next time.

À première vue et lors de nos essais, nous avons vraiment apprécié les options de RingOver en comparaison avec la compétition. Par contre, la stabilité du produit n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous! Nous sommes au Québec en Amérique et la latence et les coupures régulières dans les appels. La fonctionnalité SMS, c'est 1 SMS sur 3 qui ne fonctionne pas ! Nous avions bien d'autre problème que je pourrais lister, mais voilà... Nous avions beaucoup d'espoir en RingOver, mais pour l'instant nous sommes à réévalués si nous poursuivons avec cette solution, car nous perdons des Leads régulièrement pour un startup, chaque Lead compte !
