  An awful platform that is full of bugs, even on a paid plan. The animations are not smooth when you are making the videos, making it extremely hard to judge how they are going to look once exported. I paid for a month subscription so I could export them thinking that the videos would be high quality but there were judders and errors in the animations that meant wasted credits and time. I was refunded a credit on a poorly exported video but when I asked for a refund for my subscription due to me having no confidence that any future video I exported would be usable, I was ignored. I would avoid this platfrom at all costs

  Videos become glitchy after you start to edit them. Some of the changes you make to your video will not run smoothly. This is a huge problem because this is the whole reason you use this website. Raw shorts better fix this ASAP because it’s been going for a while.

  The overall idea and product is great, however the actual editing software is not user friendly. Had lots of issues and frustration with web based editing software.

  dentro del pla de 49 usd que compré indica que uno puede quitar las marca de agua. y estoy intentando DESCARGAR el video SIN MARCA DE AGUA y me dice que debo de comprar otro plan . pienso que es una estafa lo que hacen . por favor ayuda y en ESPAÑOL

  Hola Juan Carlos, Nuestro equipo de soporte nos informo que el dia viernes 27 de Julio, te comunicarion que tu proyecto no podía ser exportado por que estas usando elementos de la librería correspondiente a un nivle de subcripcion distinto al tuyo. Hemos revisado tu proyecto y encontramos que en la escena 5 hay 6 elementos de categoría Business (identificados con una estrella azul), la misma situacion se repite en la escena 7, donde encontramos 4 elementos de la categoría antes mencionada. Para ser capaz de exportar tu video debes sustituir o eliminar esos iconos y tu proyecto estará listo.

  Every time I go into use RawShorts things have changed. Including not honouring the 10 pack of downloads I purchased that had no expiry. I had to make this purchase so I could finish off a video I had been working on after putting my clients off for months. There were also issues with getting answers or support for challenges we were having. It would be good if there was a phone number to call in addition to email support.

  Hi there, Your current plan only allows for video exports with assets from the Essential Library . This project contains assets from the Business Library . To export this video please upgrade your account to the Business Level plan or swap out the assets marked with the following icons . for assets from the Essential library.

  Deleted some of my work, pricey, will not export my first of 3 purchased exports. they have responded by email well, decent selections while making video.

  Não informam durante a exibição que estamos usando elementos premium...depois de tanto trabalho somos obrigado e mexer no vídeo para ele se encaixar na nossa categoria. Um absurdo...forçam o cliente a pagar o plano mais quero
