  Ordered my camera and lens kit on Monday morning, it arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Very quick, efficient and professional service throughout. Communication about delivery was excellent.   Quality rated products is amazing, the camera is amazing My Olympus pen el10 broke right before Christmas, and I ordered this OM-D EM10 with free overnight shipping on 3PM not thinking it would actually arrive the next day, but sure enough it did by 11AM. That's the most insane turnaround I've ever seen, amazing job Quality rated products. The camera itself is also great. An em10 has been something I've been wanting for years, and nothing else really compares at this price point, not even close.

  Awesome service Been Using Quality ® Products for years, and despite the good customer service they already had, they have managed to top it up. ordered items on a Thursday late evening for a Saturday delivery and they managed to dispatch it the same day ( around 11.30) and got it on Friday.   I have never received the level of service I received during an evening call to Quality rated products. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and deals that could not be beaten by any competitor.   I've used Q.R.P. a good few years now , I've mainly used the store in Wilmington and bought a few times online , bought used and new camera equipment with no issues. The staff always help out . Camera rated "good" but appears to be in very good condition, better than expected given its age.
