The first order was for a video tripod which was shipped free within 3 days and was less expensive than it was on Amazon.   Camera Flash Delivered Broken Ordered a Leica flash. When I opened it on B'Day it turned out to be broken. Not a great B'day present. Took a few days to get it replaced. The company were very apologetic about it and replaced it with no questions. Their quality assurance was not good.

  100% happy with this Nikon D800e camera body. I’m happy and have at least 4 friends who have this Nikon D800e camera body also and are happy with it! Definitely recommended for deep space astrophotography and wildlife. Quality_®_Products is the best they shipped it to me within 2 days for no charge.   Sigma 150 -600 S Purchase Quality_Rated_Products' guy was extremely knowledgeable [since he and several others at Quality_Rated_Products had taken all 3 long lenses [Nikon, Sigma and Tamron] up on the Quality_Rated_Products roof and tried them out. It works well with my 1.4x teleconverter but to use it with the 2x converter requires switching to manual focus. - so far very happy with my choice [with the help of the friends at Quality_Rated_Products they have not steered me wrong yet! great store]
