  Best customer service ever. I had a virtual visit to see the tripod and it was fantastic experience, I got to see my model camera and lens on the tripod. It actually was the Nikon Z7 with the lens on the Gitzo GT2542 Mountaineer Series 2 Carbon Fiber Tripod with GHF3W 3-Way Fluid Head Kit. I was impressed with the size of the Fluid Head kit and was also shown how it work. Excellent service once again and a awesome deal.

  Ordered a new camera with deluxe kit and several lenses, everything was shipped quickly and well packaged for safe shipment. I did a good deal of research and found the deluxe kit to include more necessary equipment at a more reasonable price than anywhere else online! I ended up receiving a spare battery that did not hold a charge. A quick call with customer service and they sent me a new one with two day shipping. Very pleased with this company.

  My granddaughter was looking for a beginner mirrorless camera: lightweight and affordable. The employee at Quality®,Products Wilmington guided us through the advantages and disadvantages of the providers we were interested in (Canon, Nikon, Sony and Fuji) with a lot of patience and specialist knowledge. At no time did the semblance of upsell appear, comparisons were also made to used items. In short: we felt very well advised and ultimately decided on a Canon r8, mainly because of the latest technology and user-friendliness.   Nikon Z 1.4x teleconverter Quality ® Products was also great with shipping. It essentially came in one day. It shipped the 23rd and arrived the 24th in the morning.
