  I've been in the market for a new monopod after owning the Manfrotto MVMXPRO500US XPRO. The monopod is solid construction. Very pleased with this monopod and it should last a good long time. I went for this Sirui Monopod, I love the sturdiness and the long legs that can be used as a mini tripod. Arrived from Quality Rated Products the next day after I placed the order. Very well packaged.

  The xPro 2 is my new go-to camera for editorial and street photography. Build quality is excellent and the thumb control to move the focus point is much appreciated.   Amazing Company I bought the D500 to replace my D610 for bird pictures using my Nikon 200-500mm. I have all good things to say about Quality Rated Products!   Can't beat the high quality OEM batteries! Meets expectations. The Watson equivalent is trash and lasts only half as long as the Panasonic brand battery. Quality Rated Products suggested the Watson equivalent, but the Watson is not equivalent and not worth its cheap price when you run out of battery much earlier than you expected. No risk of overvoltage and fully covered by all applicable warranties. Thanks, Panasonic and Quality Rated Products!

  Nikon D500 Great Camera The Nikon D500 is a perfect balance between being able to take a beautiful high-res portrait of a person, a vast landscape, and a high-speed burst of bird in flight. I ordered from Quality Rated Products but did bring it into the local shop near my parents and they all raved about the camera's abilities as well. Really looking forward to years of using this to it's fullest here in Montana.

  Works as it should ; I had to pry the transmitter open to install batteries. Messaged manufacturer but they were no help-never happened before. Almost sent it back to Quality Rated Products but I managed to carefully pry it open with little damage to put batteries in it. Will need to pry it open to replace batteries when to time comes.

  Poor company will not use again. Ordered twice from them now over 4 days to receive items and when you pay for Quality Rated Products service you expect this , Then i had to do all the chasing with ups who were so difficult to make contact with unless you sign up with them and then you cant solve a issue. They contacted me asking me to remove feedback which I refused after twice paying for next day delivery?? They asked how to resolve matter I asked for next day deliver to be reimbursed and there reply was I insisted on refund to remove my feedback on trust pilot which was not the case if they have to lie it proves type of company they are I have all correspondence to prove who is right beware paying for next day delivery and not receiving it also they are not the cheapest either shop round.

  The the young lady that served me was awesome, but I did get irritated watching the manager pass the buck to the staff . Any customer that approached him was pointed to another member of the team to deal with even if that person was already serving a customer. That’s the only reason they’re not getting five stars.

  Lens issue dealt with efficiently Found a Pentax-FA 43mm f/1.9 lens for my Pentax k70. Although the lens was shown as being in 'good' condition, it did arrive faulty. It is possible damage to the lens happened in transit although it was packed well. Quality Rated Products arranged a collection the next day and my credit card was refunded quite quickly. All in all it was dealt with quickly without fuss for which I am thankful. Obviously disappointed but did manage to find suitable lens elsewhere.

  Good strap, but sent used prod The strap itself is a 4 out of 5 star product as it is strong, durable, and easily adjustable. The subtraction of 1 star is for being sent a clearly used/returned product. This is the first time I've experienced a quality assurance issue with Quality+Rated+Products as they are usually good about ensuring a good product.

  Am always hesitant to order online from overseas businesses, but am pleased with this experience, When I was looking for a camera that provides excellent video, sound, and is water resistant without a case, I camera across Quality Rated products and their chat feature helped me in choosing the correct camera and the ordering on the site was smooth and simple, When the camera arrived, I opened the shipping box and the amount of attachments that came with the Underwater Camera was very much unexpected. I took it out on my boat for the first time and really liked the video quality. The wind noise reduction was on and image stabilization worked perfectly and the battery life lasts more than I could ask for. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

  Everything exceeded my expectations from placement of order to receiving the monopod. The first time I used it, it worked great but the second time, when I screwed it into the base of my camera, I barely tightened it and it popped off. I've never given quality rated products a 2 star rating, but this monopod was a disappointment and they've lost a loyal customer.

  Great Microphone I just received my Rode VideoMic and it exceeded my expectations, So, far, I have had the chance to use it twice and it came through with flying colors. In my opinion, the sound quality and sensitivity are good. Not only did it easily pick up my voice without any distortion but also It picked up some music I had lightly playing in the background. I can’t say that I’m disappointed with the quality and I will definitely be purchasing another Rode mic from Quality Rated in the near future.

  Scratched lens. The lens arrived on time in a new package and was a very reasonable price but when I opened the shipping box the lens had a scratch on it and I ended up returning it in exchange for a new one. Otherwise, quality rated is a very good camera warehouse with great selection and niche items, good return policy and fast shipping.

  Beware I ordered a Nikon kit which promptly arrived with a canon lens I returned the lens to the address they told me to as they wouldn't arrange collection and said they'd refund postage They then said I'd returned it to the wrong address so there'd be a delay in spending the correct lens so a week later when the right lens arrived and I asked about the postage refund they said they'd not progress a refund as they had had to post it to the right place so I've paid for their errors

  As an amateur photographer, we stopped in to learn more about telephoto lenses to improve on our bird photography. We brought in all of our current gear to get an idea of whether we needed to upgrade everything in our arsenal or just add a new lens. The owner was so helpful in explaining all of our options to us and did not try to sell us all new equipment. He listened to our needs and gave us a couple of recommendations. We ended up getting a new lens that should help us in getting "closer" to our bird subjects. I am also looking forward to taking some one on one classes with him in the near future. We would highly recommend this shop, especially if you are looking for some one on one information.

  Well Machined Matthews Quality!! The Hot Shoe Adapter was the last piece of the puzzle. My Vello wireless Shutterboss kept slipping out of my camera's hotshoe, I looked to Qualityratedproducts.com for options and came across this beauty.   Called in on holiday upon chance, to buy the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, was confirmed in stock by phone.
