  They sell what they don't have and I had to wait more than a month before receiving an item from my order. I canceled the order for the other items because they couldn't tell me when I would receive them.

  1) My order have two items, the guitar and the case. I received only the guitar so I have to call the customer service and they tell me that the case is not available so they will refund money. Why they don't let me know before I call ? 2) The guitar look like the demo not the brand new because the cover of the battery on the back is broken at the edge. I really don't like it.

  They have prices that can't be beat. But expect to receive your items, especially multiple items from different locations (split shipments) and different vendors because they farm orders out to other companies. For example, one of the items in my order came from Sweetwater another came from AMS I believe.

  Great service and the lowest price on what I wanted. Fast shipping. My only gripe is the website. I don't need the AI chatbot popping up every time I refresh the page or accidentally hover over or near it. There is no way to turn it off. I came very close to buying from somewhere else because of it. I'd give them five stars if it wasn't for the annoying AI chatbot.

  I needed to replace my power amp module to my EV EXK speaker. My speaker was sounding distorted and was making a popping noise. Luckily, I found a replacement power amp module from Pro Sound Gear! They were fast to ship and the power amp was packed well for safe shipping. Got the amp swapped out of my speaker and now my speaker is working just like new again! Just in time for my next event.

  Never delivered on order. Took them two days to realize the one guitar i wanted was damaged. Went immediately to Ebay and guitar is on the way. Never again will I venture out from Ebay or Amazon.
