  The best Ebay module I Could find and I bought 3 total. The other modules were not syncing all combinations properly this one did it in a second. Seamless integration between Ebay and Prestashop and good customer service.

  aucun support téléphonique, dès qu'il y a problème, faut être dactylo et perdre des heures à rédiger des emails et envoyer des mails qui parfois partent pas, des mails et encore des mails, que du support décentralisé à l'étranger ou je ne sais où, et aucun manager capable de régler un problème au téléphone en quelques minutes! insupportable! Téléphoner 2 fois pour parler avec un responsable : réponse "il faut envoyer un mail". On passe 20 minutes a rédiger le mail et l'envoyer, on clique sur le bouton "ooopps un erreur est arrivée" ...message pas envoyé, on retéléphone... "non monsieur faut envoyer un mail".... manque de professionnalisme évident.

  There is the odd feature which i would of hoped would come as standard but is actually a premium add on, but i doubt that's any different with other cart software out there. otherwise a very worthy product and very customisable. Would recommend.

  It's very annoying to go to the trouble of downloading and installing a "free" module only to find out it's only free for 30 days. This is a very deceptive practice. It should clearly state up front that it's only a 30 day trial.

  Prestashop 1.7.8.4 ist eine Katastrophe. Viele Fehler, Userunfreundlich. Ich möchte 1.6.18 zurück ! Vermutlich werde ich auf ein anderes Shopsystem wechseln. 1.7.8.4 nervt extrem. Kleines Beispiel ? Bei der Währungseinstellung für CHF kann man als Dezimaltrenner keinen . (Punkt mehr wählen), alle Preise sind mit Komma. Bei der Startseitenstatistik sieht man zwar wieviele User Online sind, möchte man die details sehen kommt eine Fehler Meldung. Es gibt keinen Live Edit mode mehr. Viele Module müssen nun über .css oder tpl geändert wert. Sorry Prestashop es ist echt zu kotzen. bei 1.6.18 hätte ich 8 Punkte gegeben

  addons.prestachop.com has become almost not useful once you decided untrusted reviews cannot be seen. Most modules have no verified reviews and there is no useful info to decide how good is the module you are buying. Please, reactivate untrusted reviews.

  I given my opinion several times in the past, improve the ticket system. Offer customers a no questions money back guarantee within 7 days if it does not work. I have written suggestions on the forums that gets removed. Prestashop is a arrogant company that does not realy want to hear any feedback.

  I bought two modules by mistake, I begged to have a refund and the reply was no because I downloaded them. The truth is that compatibility is very tricky and you have to tests products. I will buy from prestashop the least possible.
