  Module is not working with prestashop 1.7.7.7. We had to fix javascripts by ourselfs because they are broken. Beside of that module is not fetching predefined packages from carriers. Waiting for fix, if developers will fix that I will update my rate.

  installation toute fraîche (sans addons etc) installation ok sauf quand on active smart cache ne fonctionne pas du tout. On me dit que c'est de ma faute car j'ai modifié quelques choses. Je leur ai dit que c'était une installation fresh. Malheureusement le support ne veux rien faire. je regarde le mode debug et c'est un de leur module qui fait planter. Il me disent que non :). Bon du coup le theme ne fonctionne pas je leur demande un remboursement (toujours en attente depuis plusieurs mois) ou même un bon pour acheter un autre thème ou module. Prestashop me dit que c'est le dev qui doit remboursé et le dev me dit que c'est à prestashop de remboursé... je doit dire que prestashop ca n'est plus ce que c'était avant. Alors maintenant je me passe au maximum de leur market place. j'ai perdu 150€ environ dans l'affaires. Et pour infos ce n'est pas ma première expérience avec prestashop j'ai acheter avec le temps plus de 5k€.

  achat facile comme toujours mais nous avons eu un souci lors de l'installation du module. Notre délai était tres tres tres court pour installer et mettre en œuvre ce module et rien ne s est passé comme prévu.résultat impossible de respecter les délais pour notre lancement. nous n'avons pas pensé appelé le dev et avons trouvé une autre solution hyper facile que nous avons installé en moins de temps que de le dire... évidement à ce jour, nous n'avons pas pu utilisé le module, avons payé et aucun remboursement n est envisageable. Alors je ne dis pas qu il ne faut pas acheter ce module, je dis juste que vous devez avoir du temps devant vous au cas ou..... j'ai tenté de demander le remboursement mais rien n'y fait.

  Prestashop MarketPlace is easing to use, do have quite stable add-ons but also quite rigide ones. All partners are not good and do have difficulties to tell you what you do wrong or what you configure wrong and block your account on their third party solution without clear comments ... so you lose time in setting up things.

  There are loads of problems and noone care to answer if I write to you: 1) The chat is in french even though I have choosen english language. WHY? 2) When I use the support forum and I get an anser to reply from an module creator I need to log in to be able to answer. I sholuld be automatic logged in when I click REPLAY on an on goin issue. 3) You have an 40% different price on modules in whish list compared to same module in put in basket 4) You almost NEVER answer when I try to contact you 5) I can't download lots of products I have bought earlier. You blame on seller. Seller blames you ... "moment 22" ... goin tounf and round and round. I should NEVER have chhosen Prestashop today if I should have start up a new webshop.

  Once, like about 12 years ago, a perfect solution, Prestashop addons are now so horrendously expensive that the platform is no longer the viable solution for small to medium enterprises that it once was. Support from module developers is complex, slow, tedious, and unreliable, especially for free but essential modules and themes. Description pages are often inadequate and demos rarely work.

  Addons are fine, but if you use more than 15-20 modules you are going to pay a lot for automated license extension done every 12 months. Many modules don't have such significant changes, but from other side I see that this extension is motivating them to upgrade. Anyway, I think their business care is little too salty, as many of these modules are simple. Support is helpful, and if there's reason - they are able in most cases process you a refund.

  We have been using Prestashop since 2015. it is a fantastic platform that offers much more advanced customisation possibilities than many others. It requires a lot of development time and updates must be followed. Over the last few years it has improved a lot: in return for a fair fee we are now guaranteed support on the modules even beyond the first year, this makes the effort worthwhile and ensures that everything continues to work.

  The BIG trouble with PS and with the PS Addons Market Place is that you pay up front for extra's that you finally may end up not using! This way we lost approximately EUR 750 on useless modules over the years. It is the main reason that PS turns out to be costly, though the basics are offered for free. Along the way we bought modules and themes with compatibility problems/design perks, some software missed the point we thought it would solve, some software introduced/forced upon us their own irritating peculiarities. Contacting the module developers was never helpful enough. We ended up having to do work for them instead of them working for us. And getting the money back was not straightforward eithe. So it is not "Not satisfied=Money back, No problem" as it should be to our opinion. So time and time again, we let go, took our loss and stopped pulling dead horses. The main thing is: you don't know these things when you pay. There was no way to foretell the peculiarities of all the software that ended up in our bin.

  We didn't get any support from PrestaShop Support after purchasing one year of support for our theme(company Themevoltes), the developer(Company) was refusing to provide support for the same. The story behind it: We had issues just after we installed the theme, and asked for support, they provided support for us with Anydesk, and it was a quick fix CSS trick to hook you and then they went to Google and rated their company with 5 starts without our consent also they were trying to sell us other services for the optimization of our Shop for $4600, you were getting the feeling that they are scammers(Unprofesionals). After we refused to proceed with $4600 bill and we ended the conversation, they no longer provide support even thou we have paid for 1-year support.

  PrestaShop is a good tool, but once you start getting down into the nits and grits it gets very complicated, several tiny bugs, too many versions. updating so often between versions, and a heap of modules one does not understand if they work or not. Reviews are awful on the addons store. We want to read the reviews and judge if a module is suitable for our needs. Addons reviews are extremely confusing! You need to fix them, they need to be like amazon or google, the way they are displayed now is useless for helping with any decision.
