There isn’t anything I dislike about the product. When I used this tea packet it tasted amazing. I noticed much of the powder was not able to become part of the homogenous mixture and rested at the bottom of the cup and the tea was plenty strong… so what I have done instead is save half or two thirds of the packet and get 2-3 servings in 1 packet. I would pay full price for these teas ongoing happily, but I was pleased when I discovered how to get the most out of a packet. I recommend this company and these teas to my family, friends, and patients. I give them samples and they love the taste and convenience.

I freeze it in water bottles. I only like it very cold. I have been buying it for years. Only negative is the price. I used to buy it for $6 a packet. Same amount of tea but the price has doubled. Very unhappy with that. I do buy multiple packets to get a discount but such a big increase in price seems a bit much. I do like that it doesn’t have any additives. It’s just tea.

I loved the flavor of the matcha. I wish you would sell this in bigger packaging and not in individual bags. Seems like a lot of plastic. I'm glad you had the option of the tin.

A cup of Pu'er Green tea is so inviting ~ a beautiful amber color and a delicate earthy aroma. I love the smooth, slightly woody flavor so much that i now purchase this tea through the subscription service to be sure to have it on hand.

I bought this at a large out of town grocery store that carries more products than others, way more than my nearby store. Thought I'd give powdered tea a try. Loved it so much, I started ordering it on a subscription basis and have stopped drinking coffee in the mornings, not that I don't like coffee anymore, I just prefer this crystalized tea, the Jasmine green tea. With a good tablespoon of local honey, I'm ready to start my day. Never even suffered the dreaded coffee withdrawal headache. My husband also prefers this tea in the a.m. Plus it's easy to make, little mess, and did I say how delicious it is!
