The combo seems weird but it works. It mostly tastes of cinnamon with a hint of everything else. I have used a squeeze of lemon when we make it over ice or a tablespoon of heavy cream when I drink it hot. I do feel like this has helped curb my hunger when fasting. Thanks for partnering with Dr Fung to make this product! More herbal fasting teas please!

Absolutely love everything about this tea. Enhances fasts via autophagy support, keeps cravings to a minimum, contains phytonutrients that feed the gut... the benefits go on! Oh, and it tastes superb.

I drink this as a hot tea and it's quite strong for me - although very tasty! I have not yet tried it as an ice tea, and will be interested to note any difference. It's also a little too strong for me to have in the morning on an empty stomach, makes me feel a little queasy.

Awesome! My first time ordering from Pique. I love the Sun Goddess Matcha tea. I’ve been drinking it cold on ice and it gives me just the boost of energy I need for my day. And it tastes amazing!

For an even and gentle jumpstart to the brain, I suggest this Matcha. Besides it being "ceremonial grade" quality, it also provides L-Theanine to the body and brain. This tea provides such a calming, steady energy Zen-like experience that continues with throughout the day. Its catechin (antioxidant) level is high and thus cell protective, reducing free radicals, improving immune health, and can also cause weight loss/body fat reduction. A cup of wonderful for sure!
