  Very good website. The lady at the lab said I was the only person that came in that day and was organized. I thought that was odd because I couldn't print my blood test request [no printer] but she had it on her computer. Others that didn't use personalabs.com didn't have the proper paperwork with them and couldn't be helped.

  Bought my test and had my bloodwork done all in the same day! Very accurate and quick results. Had my blood taken around 4 pm and had the results at 8 am the next day. Couldn’t recommend more! The nurse who took my blood was amazing and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

  Wait time was minimal, tech was prompt and personable. But, when the results were posted on line the dates were all wrong, Dec 31 1969? So, the only way to link the results was by lab order number. Stupid error on part of either Personalabs or Sonora Labs.

  Outstanding customer service. Last test I got my results (lipid, A1c) in less than 24 hours. That's super fast - but even when it's longer, it's not that long. I love being able to order my own tests, too:)

  Very satisfied with the ease of ordering, the results were not as prompt as I have been used to...but to be fair, I am not sure if 'delays' were due to the lab or due to the Online posting of Personalabs. Really, I'd give them 4.5 stars for my interaction but I can't. lol. I would definitely use them again.

  Very often you have no need to visit your physician and you want to know your Vit D' level of Iron level or blood heart lipids . Its fast, Its high quality and they know what they are doing. I am trying to get my B12 up and I want to see if my diet has worked. I love the help and support Personal labs allows me and I can bring the report to my physician and he trusts them . Personal labs are a great help.

  I don’t have health insurance and this kind of online lab is a lifeline for people like me. These tests are out of reach for me if I go to a lab. Ordering the tests and getting tested were simple. Received the results in a few days.Customer rep Estefania was very professional and helpful in assisting me to apply coupon discount afterwards. Thank you!   Very easy to use and love that i can have some say in the blood tests I get. Havent gotten my blood drawn yet but the order process was incredibly simple with very easy to understand and navigate the website. The only thing that would make personalabs better is if they had an ios application that functions similar to cleveland clinics mychart where u could quickly see all ur lab results and access your account easily by phone.
