I bought this a new Vortex Razor Spotting scope, I received this scope in one day after ordering it from Park Ave VIDEO, which in itself makes for a delightful transaction. The shipping box contained the product box for the Vortex Razor Spotting scope, which was packed reasonably secure. There could have been a bit more packing material (air-bubble pouches) placed at both ends inside the shipping box, but what was there seemed to be sufficient as there was no shipping damaged whatsoever via UPS. After having tried and evaluated several other scopes such as Celestron, one of which was recommended by a major photographic magazine but in reality was junk, the Vortex Razor Spotting scope is a real winner and can't be beat for the money! It's no wonder so many people rate it so highly.

  Site navigation was search was easy and product details were clear. I took 2 stars off because their websites tracking never worked and the protective packaging could have been better, but overall I am happy with the service. The package was slow to arrive but that was more due to the fact that FedEx is slow right now. I would shop here again personally.

  Website is clear to navigate and item condition is very accurate. When purchasing I encountered a problem with my chosen method and the team were quick to suggest an alternative. I only communicated via email but found their responses polite and customer focused.
