  A Diminutive Powerhouse! I love this little JVC GY-HM170UA camera. I'm a Football Video Coordinator and I use this camera to film on game day, this camera is used at multiple programs throughout the NCAA. Very reliable and gives you an excellent shot. Great image quality. Actually pretty good in low-light. Easy to use. You can give it to anyone and they can figure it out. Highly-recommended.

  The Nikon D810A was my go to for milky way and astrophotography. I decided to take advantage of the D5 with the 14-24mm lens zoomed out to 14mm. I am very happy with this camera. You won't be disappointed in this rugged, all around fabulous full frame camera.

  Prices for Hasselblad gear are the same everywhere so if you're buying a new camera and want the full X, H or V system experience I guess why not if you are looking for used gear unless they are offering it with a warranty (something you might want to have with a Hasselblad digital camera) I'd go elsewhere. The gallery seems to show Fritz Viktor Hasselblad and Victor Hasselblad's great grandfather, unfortunately a lot of them are just famous people who spawned Hasselblad, it would be nice if they did some community engagement and showed local Hasselblad photographers that weren't otherwise famous.

  I used PARK AVE VIDEO in the past for my Document/presenter camera which I was happy with so decided to use them again for my DJI Pocket 2. Delivery was fast and packaging was good. Only small thing is that I would have preferred if it came with the four microphones but I only found three in the box but it isn't a big deal. I would use Park Ave Video again without hesitation. Thanks!

  This was my first time in this store. They had a good selection of items. They had very Great photographic gadgets, like most places. It is on main street easy to find, parking was not a problem, they also have parking in the back and a entrance in the back also. I will be stopping back by from time to time.

  The staff were super helpful. I brought them my camera and they had a look at it on the spot to diagnose the issues. They took the time to explain the issues to me and how much it would cost - allowing me to make an informed choice about whether it would be worth repairing or not. (Spoiler: it wasn't.) I didn't end up investing in repairs for this camera but if I do need to repair a camera in the future I will definitely go back.

  My husband and I had a fantastic experience buying our camera here. We were helped out by Scott the first time we came in and then Ryan, they were both very knowledgeable and yet didn't overwhelm us with information. They did a great job in pointing out our options and they were not pushy salespeople at all. Very relaxed environment and will definitely be going back for anything else camera-related! Highly recommend them!

  When asked for recommendations on cam shotgun, the salesman purposefully tossed out all the kits, including a Polsen OLM-20 lav mic. A bit inpatient and insincere. Otherwise great selections of equipment that you’d find in a camera store.

  TLDR: They bait-and-switched my price, charging me $100 more than the listing without authorization and were rude and manipulative over the phone. Read their T&C, the restocking fee is 20% minimum. Check other review sites, this has happened to others. On 5/19 I placed an order for a Nikon camera lens from ParkAveVideo for $299. On 5/21 I received a call checking that I have a US camera, stating that I would need the model with a specific mount. I clarified that I had a US camera and the man said he would notate the order. When the charge came in on 5/22 I had been charged $399, though the website still lists the item as $299 and does not mention a US vs. international difference. The person I talked to did not inform me of a price change so I emailed, as it was a Saturday and the business is only open M-F, telling them that the charge amount had changed and I did not authorize it, so I would either like the item at the original price or I would like to cancel the order. On Monday 5/24 I called the company and they were condescending saying they saw my email but because the order shipped they could not help me (a tracking number had been created, but according to UPS it shipped on 5/25). The man berated me, saying the lens was sold out everywhere so I was lucky to get it at all, and that for the US lens they had the best price. I then called Nikon and talked to a product representative, who said Nikon had the lens in stock for $309.95, that a US lens and an international lens both work on my camera, and that there was no reason that any company should charge an extra $100 for a US lens. I called ParkAveVideo back, this time calling the original man I talked to a few days prior in case he could offer more help, but he was also rude. He berated me similarly that I was getting the lens at a great price when it was out of stock everywhere else. When I told him what the Nikon representative had said he changed his argument and began ranting that as a business they had the right to charge whatever they wanted for their items, to which I countered that though they had the right to set their prices, I had not agreed to the price increase and wanted to cancel my order. He told me that the only thing I could do was wait for the lens to arrive and contact the returns department, which charges a minimum 20% restocking fee. If I were to return and repurchase this lens elsewhere I would end up paying more than how much ParkAveVideo is overcharging.

  This Sony a7 iii camera has been a game changer for me. My photos are better in all settings. The focus tracking is amazing, the ability to confugure the camera settings/buttons is fantastic, and the image quality from the sensor is next level. So happy with my purchase!

  I recently bought a Canon eos r5 from Scott and the crew. The experience, apart from finally buying the camera I'd long awaited, was fantastic. Scott took all the time I needed to demonstrate the features of the r5 and to answer all of my queries. The experience was much enhanced by the interaction of other members of staff and of course the fantastic Canon Cash Back deal. I have been dealing with Park Ave Video since, and before Scott, took it over and would have to say the interaction is always one to one with that sense of personal touch you'd expect from an Authorized Canon US Retailer. After sales service is second to none. Once you step inside It's like visiting Aladdin's cave! Thanks Scott, I hope to see you again soon, for more free advice, naturally.

  I have been dealing with P.A.V for the past 4 or 5 years. Although I didn't buy my 5D Mark IV there I did buy all my lens and accessories there. Each time I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and not pushy. There is nothing worse than pushy sales assistants!! The guys were knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge.   After an issue with my Hasselblad shutter release I visited Park Ave Video. I was assisted by the lovely sales assistant Rose, who was extremely kind to me and eager to assist me with my query. Her manager however spoiled my visit to P.A.V as he spoke under his breath in a very rude manner to Rose directly in front of me. I was put into a very uncomfortable position as a customer after seeing the attitude of the store manager. If it hadn't of been for the kindness of Rose and her lovely customer care I would have taken my business elsewhere! A lovely camera store with a great sales assistant

  Great, fast service when ordering our equipment. Needed a strobe set up very close to our shoot and their swift service made sure we had it in time. During the shoot, one of the lights became faulty (no fault of park ave video) and the swapping for a new one was very easy and we had a new working light within a few days. We will be back for some more gear soon!

  Amazing Astrophotography Camera I live in Texas and purchasing the Canon EOS Ra camera from 'Park' was extremely easy and straight forward. Worried as I was about taxes and all extra costs, they dealt with that perfect and the camera got here really fast. I have this amazing tool about two weeks ago, But I took only a few images for 3 nights with clear skies since then, the quality of those few pictures overpassed my expectations.

  Went in to look at their spotting scopes, and the staff didn't seem to know much about the fieldscopes, not even the differences between the different price tiers. We're also more interested in selling them than helping us understand what it is we may have been buying. They're probably fine with cameras, but this definitely isn't the place for binoculars or spot ing scopes.

  Everything spot on. Received Leica 10x42 Trinovid binoculars within 2 days. They were packed very well indeed, no way could they have been damaged in transit. They are real quality binoculars and were far cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. PARK AVE VIDEO, NYC would be the first port of call next time I require any such item again.

  Excellent service from very helpful, friendly people My camera and Leica Elmarit-S 30mm f/2.8 were badly damaged in a fall, and Park Ave Video were marvelous, providing an estimate speedily and then turning round the repair work really quickly.   I ordered my Sony Alpha A6100 with the Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens and let me tell you, it is GREAT! Such a leap up from my 80D. PARK AVE VIDEO did a GREAT job shipping and delivering ON TIME, and smoothly. In fact, at the time of ordering, PARK AVE VIDEO was the only outlet I could find both the body and lens as a kit, AND, they even threw in an excellent FREE accessories pack that include the PERFECT bag for this camera and lens! I Would definitely order from them again! I love doing long exposures and have attached a 30 second one I took recently with my new rig.

  Huge range of products and excellent customer service Have been a customer for many years. They are competitive on price. They stock a huge range of products and accessories. This makes a huge difference as if you are looking for something they normally have it. I have had to get lenses repaired and there turnaround time is excellent. It only took them 6 days to repair my 28-75mm f/2.8 lens. For the last year I have been ordering off them online and there service is excellent, I have normally received the order the following day.

  Awesome Service ! I bought a Samsung TU7000 on line and loved the service i received and the TV is beautiful. Not blurry, very smooth. Went from 1080p to this and its a giant leap.
