  Professional camera people Had the exact camera I wanted - Sony A7R V camera mint in box. Came as described, with a low shutter count attesting to the mint description. They were also patient when I emailed worried that we had missed the next-day delivery I requested - it did arrive on Monday, FedEx are just terrible at updates. So to sum up, camera as described, well packaged and a good deal all round from a superstore camera shop.

  Just got it - everything looks good I am thrilled with my choice, and I did a ton of research prior to purchasing.   Amazing customer service This AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR is a great lens. I strongly would recommend speaking to the Park's experts for straight forward and clear advice. The thing about purchasing from Park, if it's not right, they make it right, if there's something wrong, they take care of it. Been buying from Park for a few years now and I have no plans to go anywhere else.

  One of the better shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Ordering was easy, I just searched for the camera I required. Selected it and placed my order. My only advice to anyone purchasing anything from this supplier however is not to expect a next day type of delivery service. As my Order arrived 2 weeks after I placed the order, however it was worth it to obtain the price I paid for the camera.

  Was needing a new tripod for my camera. Went to Parkavecameras.com and searched for camera tripods. Saw a Slik Pro 700 DX tripod and noticed how strong and sturdy it was made. Decided to give it a shot and for the price, was a Great Deal!! Ordered it on a Monday and by that Friday, I received my new tripod. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Park Ave cameras again.

  I preordered the Nikon Z6 camera from Park ave cameras the moment it became available, received it within a week of its release and It's exactly what I want in a (primarily) stills camera. I haven't tested it in every AF-C scenario (testing is ongoing), but so far it performs fine. As always, thanks to Park ave cameras. Always reliable with great customer service.

  Park Ave cameras shipped my Nikon D3500 camera overnight with free shipping and added a memory card, case, and 2 filters for free! Now how can you beat that, As for the camera, its been about 1 month that I am using it and its amazing! The quality of my pics are superb! I cant ask for anything better!!   I needed to replace my old DSLR and while shopping/reviewing the stores local to me, I came across Park Ave cameras, I was skeptical at first because I live in Chicago and I had to pay extra shipments plus import fee taxes, but it was totally worth it, my new Nikon Z6 was very well packaged and I am very pleased with the build & functionality of the camera. I also purchased the 24-70mm lens to go with it as I am transitioning from street photography to portraiture.

  Park Ave cameras is hands down the leader in the field of Customer Service. I had a problem with my camera which couldn't be fixed but they immediately sent me a return label via e-mail. I sent back my defective item and in one day of receiving it, they sent out a New Replacement with expedited shipping. I had a new camera in my hands within a week of contact with them.   This is my second Canon 90d camera and it's great.   A few of my friends have drones and I've always been interested in one so I did some research found Park Ave cameras and couldn't be happier. The DJI Mini 3 is a fantastic drone and I expect to get many hours of fun with it. Can't say enough good things about it. Battery life is just great compared to any other drones.   I can't tell how happy I am with my Nikon Z6 II.   I tried to order a Sony a7 III camera on amazon and eBay with no luck but Park Ave cameras got it to me on backorder and it arrived before either of the previous attempts even shipped. The camera is amazing and resolve makes braw a breeze. The camera was very well cleaned almost no scratches hardly noticeable. Everything works great so far. I’ll definitely be ordering from Park Ave cameras in the future!

  The staff provided professional and courteous help in choosing a Canon XF100 camcorder, and other accessories. Everything worked exactly as they said it would and I didn't need to exchange anything, I was shocked at how professional the camcorder takes the night time videos. Only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because the camcorder has been on my Wish List for almost a month. I would expect to have been notified by email.

  Can't recommend this online service enough. The whole service from beginning to the delivery of the end product was amazing. I was quoted nearly $600 for a Sony a6000 camera only from my local camera store and Park Ave cameras supplied the identical camera with 2 zoom lenses for $587. I will seriously consider using them again should I require any more kit.

  Ordered a tripod head, slightly cheaper than other sites, which was lovely. I received my confirmation email and invoice shortly after placing the order, as I would expect to and the product was delivered around 6 days after by FedEx and I'm REALLY pleased with the overall design and quality. I do a lot of real estate photography and need lots of set up flexibility when using my tripod. The pan release works very well. Everything is well built, sturdy and performs well.

  After spending months researching what to buy for my first camera, I'm so thrilled with this purchase and so grateful for all of the help. Took three days for my Panasonic LUMIX G7 camera to be shipped and when I got it I found it fairly easy to use, the directions seem pretty straight forward. The picture quality is better than my expensive smartphone. Excellent camera quality, I am definitely very satisfied and I recommend the store.

  Superior camera for the price. I bought this on sale, so it was great value for what I got. Read reviews online to see if this is exactly what you need. The sensor is amazing, but the autofocus could be better. The price was right and on sale, so I snagged it up. Wouldn't change a thing with this product.
