  Recently purchased a new lens from this store. The staff member couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to assist with a few things apart from my purchase. The other staff member was also very friendly and courteous. Will use again as an alternative to Amazon. Thanks folks.

  If you want to have the best customer service when looking for any electronics or equipment this is the place to go. I've been back to this store many times and haven't been let down once. Back when I was buying my TV a year or so ago, the salesman from the store, Ian had to exchange the item to conform to my specifications. Excellent service all round. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and the store is immaculate This store is the shining exemplar of how places of business should be run. 100% recommend and 100% will be back for the next piece of electrical Gadgetry.

  Award-winning customer service. Rang up to check for a set of headphones I spotted on amazon... The guy found them in the shop and even price matched them for me. Very professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy customer, will be back.

  Fun friendly staff who make you feel welcome and apart of the photography community the second you call or talk to representative. I love the fact they deal with camcorders and carry a huge stock of lenses like Pentax, cameras and accessories. After my first visit I knew that this would be the only place I would shop photography from then on. I recommend this place to anyone from amatures photographers to pros. There is a great vibe and community feel here that you won't find at camera stores.

  I've been buying all of my gear here for the past 1 year, and there's a reason for that. The staff are all super friendly, the selection has been increased on their website and I think they pack more in store (the new website is awesome), and the pricing is better than the competition in America.

  Very knowledgeable staff gave me a hand with an antique camera I brought in. They had film for a camera that was over 100 years old and helped me load the film and got me all set up. Highly recommend this place!

  I just bought a new lens at Parkavecameras and I love it. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I knew what I wanted it to do.   Quick turnaround on cameras and ancillary equipment, great selection of accessories stock and top brands such as Nikon, Panasonic and more. Their new product line is bigger and better than ever! Used equipment is a bit difficult to find as it's being out-crowded by novel products pushed out by emerging tech. That said, the staff are all very friendly and will help you find what you want. The products are decent and fairly priced.

  Good place to make a deal.They have expanded Merchandise to household electricals like printers, desktops and tons of accessories. I bought a camera but will probably be back for memory card camcorders. Keep the good work going down the pikes!

  Superb!!! When you want an unbiased and professional opinion on a camera or accessories, Parkavecameras is the go-to spot! The sales representatives are very friendly and knowledgeable and regardless of how small the purchase is, you still get undivided attention as if you are about to spend thousands of dollars.

  Good place to make a deal. But this I give 3 stars for a number of reasons. They have to improve website design and product listings on their website for online shoppers. Some products remain hidden and scarcity of product information in their descriptions like specs etc.

  This place is amazing, great staff and the membership has really good value. Super friendly and helpful when you have questions about developing or buying film. It just starts getting weird in the non-camera section. The three times I’ve called, I’ve had to deal with 3 different staff that appear to be very condescending and smug. Single word answers as if they’re trying to get rid of you as fast as possible. Might have been bad luck, or maybe they’re tired of being asked the same questions all the time. Maybe they’re on commission? I’m sure they’re all great people, not sure what’s up with the attitude during my calls.

  Well well well, what can I say...fantastic customer service from a sales assistant. I was looking for a starter binocular as a Christmas present for my daughter and their staff gave some really great advice on how to calibrate it ready for my princess to hunt for aliens. It is safe to say he probably won't discover any aliens, but I appreciate the sentiment in making sure my daughter gets her dream Christmas present!

  Friendly, knowledgeable team of people. Approachable, not pushy and able to make things understandable for people new to photography. Parkavecameras is highly recommended. Staff was happy to share experience of potential video and stills shooting and suggested appropriate cameras. This place might be tricky to find but is well worth seeking out.

  Went in earlier this week to browse for a new camera for my niece and effortlessly scrolled around all the different ones categorized on their website. Brilliant customer service, never felt rushed, talked me through each one I wanted to look at and in the end I walked away with one I feel is exactly what I was looking for. Great store!

  When making the jump from compact to interchangeable lenses, there is only so much research you can do on the internet before it's time to try kit out first hand and speak to an expert. Photographer opinion recommended Parkavecameras and they did not disappoint. The online tools and a neat website makes for a great shopping environment. I got troves of information for every camera on my short list and bombarded them with hundreds of questions to which they knew every answer. I'm pretty green to still photography so a lot of what I asked is basic stuff, I am sure, but Parkavecameras took everything seriously and made many useful suggestions. Customer agents has the patience of a saint!

  Just upgraded my Canon EOS for the new 90D. Got p/x quote on line then ordered on phone with sales agent. Got call back in a couple of days to say now in stock. Went over to explore more on their site and was dealt with by knowledgeable staff. What great service ..No quibble about price matching. First dealings with this Company but will certainly get my business in future.

Initially spoke to staff over the phone who quickly checked availability of the item I was enquiring about, and told me they had demo models on display.   Had a really great experience. I found their staff very patient and knowledgeable. All the questions I had about the Fuji x100f were answered with detail they also gave me some great advice about nifty accessories that I ended up buying to take travelling with me. I have used Parkavecameras before and have always traveled the extra distance to get great service I would recommend others to use them.

  A friend recommended Parkavecameras to me, as the best place to shop for cameras and accessories to bolster a photography toolkit. I have to say I am not disappointed!!   I absolutely love this place! Had lots of fun feasting on their amazing selection of cameras and lenses, and to discuss options with their brilliant staff.   Collaborative team. Went into buy Nikon and everyone was super-helpful! Staff deployed in camera department had excellent knowledge of the products and helped me decide what I wanted at a fantastic price! They knew more about Nikon then anyone I have ever met! I even chatted with the store manager, was also really helpful pointing me to the Nikon product line.

  One of the last places to get all your electrical gadgets. This company has robust servicing that pales in comparison with Amazon or Best Buy to blow them out the water. Lucky they are already selling their own products. Made a good investment and its still useful for a gadget on the same day.

  Large store with a variety of electronics to chose from. Was astonished to find that to install an all-in-one printer with modicum footprint saved room. Amazon has a preposterously pricey tag for the machine and delivery. Bought an Epson and got it within 3 days. My 92, year old mother in law was delighted with the purchase.

  Looked at a new Home theater project on their website and when I asked a few questions, the sales girl pointed out a state-of-the-art special on a Black Friday which was a better specification and offset price. Well worth the personal visit to save £30 and buy a better appliance. Thank you!

  What a great store Parkavecameras has evolved to. Parkavecameras has morphed over the years into a general electronics store, catering to the varied needs of high street shoppers rather than people looking to buy a PC. With the market being as difficult as it is, you can understand why. They still have a great stock online it seems. Consider the store as a great place for various displays of general electronics like multimedia, TV, camera, lenses, etc

  Despite clearly being an online store, the gentleman in charge was the epitome of help and advice (over the phone), taking time to explain a potential use of my camera which hadn' t occurred to me.   Despite being 1 year since I last purchased from there the service is still just as good. Customer representatives not chat robots respond to queries promptly, they took great care of us in choosing a camera and lens, no pressure just good advice backed up with troves of knowledge that was passed on to us in a way that was easy to digest and jargon free.   Not many independent camera shops left online. Went for video game accessories for my rig, their stock gives you more freedom to compare competing features from rival brands. Allowed me to return pieces of equipment that was unnecessary along with refund. Prices very competitive even against large giant sites such as Amazon, Recommend.

  Found this store online on Thursday 5th July to buy a robust camera for a 10 yr old! They render excellent advice, in finer detail and helpful, we were able to examine the camera recommended and have a sensible discussion with the staff. An added bonus was to juxtapose prices online and find the same camera on Amazon at a higher price. However we very much valued being able to make our purchase online knowing what we were buying after consultations with their staff, buying online in the behemoth places like Amazon is a murky venture. An excellent shop with a vast collection of stuff.

  Have lots of equipment suited to certain cameras. Helpful staff, they've improved on customer service as I could hardly reach them the last time I called the phone number on their site. I ordered an underwater Nikon lens and they supplied an interchangeable model in mint condition. Great company, would buy again to make America great again!

  The Camera Store is US's destination for all things photography and video with friendly, expert advice. I shopped online to save on top camera equipment and accessories. Their website packs a good stock of bodies and lenses from most brands and also have a selection of electronics products. The price matched the item that I wanted and budget. Far better experience buying online, unlike Amazon's jumble. Recommended.

  LOVED this Parkavecameras since I started shopping online! Sadly I dropped my camera on a hike and the lens got damaged and would not focus. With days, I ordered and purchased an Olympus lens. It was a high quality lens, and this store was so well-read. Will definitely stop by here again!

  Super-friendly staff ! They were very in tune with cameras + tech and offered great insider insights. I came in with a checklist of issues, and they were able to provide solutions and tons of patience! Lol! I learnt a lot on novel technologies and how they've transformed the industry. I only came in here because Best Buy wasn’t any help, they sold me an item that did not solve my issue. Even without physical presence, (I submitted my questions in a form online) they were able to identify my needs and even assisted me in digging into other tech issues. Highly recommend them for any camera / tech issue.

In haste, I ordered the wrong lens for an adapter leading to improper alignment, hence it became stuck. They accepted it without charge and provided the right one.   Bought a pentax lens here yesterday, prices are half cheap as Amazon but they are one of the few places carrying what I was looking for. Employee answered all my questions about their stock of lenses and were extremely helpful on technical features. Found out they sell all types of Camcorders. Seems to carry mostly Cannon, Nikon, & some Sony E-mount gear. Some audio gear intended for use while shooting video, a couple pieces of used gear.

  Parkavecameras is impeccable. It's a camera shop with the DNA of pioneer photography stores in the US. Incredibly friendly and helpful employees let you ask them about anything photography. And let me tell you, they have A LOT in store. I haven't seen that many quality cameras and lenses online Their prices are also very competitive. Yeah, sure, you can probably get a few better deals offline. But can you sift through as many brands and collections? HELL NO! Parkavecameras will be my go-to camera shop until my dying breath.

  This place is absolutely amazing! The service was great, the guys working are super knowledgeable and SO nice, and their prices are pretty awesome too. I had so much fun just drooling over their merchandise, I could hardly leave. AND they encourage that behavior!!!   Sigh...if you thirst for the photographic past you've landed on cameraland. Parkavecameras packs a wide range of selection of DSLRs, GoPro, Point and Shoot along with underwater cameras. And they have been around for years and years and years. Parkavecameras is amazing! There isn't any BS here just super-quality cameras and accessories.
