  Chris was our installer. He was knowledgeable and quite effective in our quick training period. The setup was accomplished in a few hours and we were operational. We noticed water on the floor after the first use, and by the second usage, more water. We discovered the A/C fan was leaking, and we were depleting the distilled water reserve. A few phone calls, and an exchange unit was sent overnight. The next day we put in the new unit and everything seems to be functioning as it should.

  Our extended family and friends have ordered 6 Hyperbaric Oxygen systems from Oxygen Health Systems. I recently ordered an extra oxygen system. We highly recommend ordering from Oxygen Health systems. They are helpful, responsive to any needs, and reliable.

  All went well in the decision making process as well as in ordering. I was a little knowledgeable about hyperbaric chambers and the information was very straightforward and made for an easy decision. The chamber arrived right on time and set up easily. It's a wonderful experience to have my own chamber and I look forward to many sessions enjoying the benefits!

  Exactly what it promised to be. Easy to hook up and easy to use. It cools my chamber to 70° degrees in a 93° room.

  Directions were to assemble the internal support structure while being inside the chamber. I found that almost impossible but found that assembling the two ends outside the chamber and then putting those into the chamber to be fairly easy. Directions were to connect the pressure hose to the head end. In emails with the company, I found out that it should be connected to the foot end. The muffler for the pressure hose needed an adapter to connect to the tubing. That was not mentioned in the directions. An included accessory, not needed for operation, for the oxygen concentrator had such an adapter. I used that. The dehumidifier had the wet air input clearly labeled and had the needed tubing adapter installed. Another tubing adapter was installed in a connection next to the wet air input. I initially figured that was for the dry air output. I later found out that the dry air output was in a different location. It was well labeled but did not have an adapter installed. I moved the adapter from next to the wet air input to the dry air output. After making these adjustments, I asked the company if it seemed that the unit was correctly assembled and was told that it was.

  Personal and caring attention from the Owner as I was making the demolition to buy was a huge help. Obviously very knowledgeable and personally engaged with the product tech and actual use. Product arrived early and had all necessary parts and instructions - again with responsive help from the Owner of the company.
