  Jenni Kennedy helped not only my husband and i sell our home but in the same winow of time helped my mom and dad sell thiers too. THEN...she helped all of us find our forever home where we could all have our own space and live together. It was the best experience! I must say I have also found a friend in Jenni. So to say I am pleased with the entire process is an understatement. She is very direct and meticulous in her intent but most importantly she listens and learns of the needs presented to her with a side of fun!! DOUBLE 5 STAR RATING FROM THE THOMPSON-GONZALEZ CLAN!!

  Jenni is a top notch realtor that has been in the business for a long time. She knows Ocala and the surrounding areas inside and out. She found me a home in a nice area and I couldn't be happier. I had a lot of concerns and worries as a first time home buyer but she guided me through them. I love my new home. Look no further for a realtor this is who you want. Their lender title and other agencies were excellent as well with good rates.

  Kristy is the best! She helped us find the perfect home for our family. She is so professional available and such an asset helping us as first-time home buyers understand the market so we got the most value for our money. After spending one afternoon with her she knew what we were looking for and helped us zero in on the home that fit both our needs and our budget. She was personable and made a process that we were dreading not only tolerable but enjoyable. If we ever buy or sell in Ocala again we will only use Kristy. We are so lucky to have her on our side!

  I worked with Nicole Garcia on a transaction involving an income producing property. I am a realtor myself and I like to show my appreciation when I work with a professional. We were presented with some roadblocks during our transaction and we worked together to overcome them....she surely is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She made sure to always keep all parties in the loop and worked very hard for her buyer who was new to real estate feel very secure and knowledgeable through the process. Her communication was refreshing. She responded to ALL text messages phone calls and emails which absolutely made my job easier. I would love to work with Nicole again.   Jenni Kennedy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She sold my fathers house for me. When the process started he was going to move into a nursing home. Long story short he passed away before we could sell it and Jenni was compassionate and flexible and communicated with potential buyers. Even when a buyers financing fell through she relisted the property and found new buyers almost immediately! She made a difficult time a bit easier. I recommend Jenni Kennedy to anyone looking for a great realtor!

  After a family death I had a piece of land I was looking to sell. This was my first real estate transaction and Jenni Kennedy from Ocala Reality World was amazing.   Contacted Jessica Sharkey of Ocala Realty and was very pleasantly surprised at the quick response to my call. I was looking for info and homes and Jessica was thorough in providing me home listings and was able to answer all of my question. Unfortunately for me the market is too high but when the time is right I have her number saved. Jessica is a true professional but she was also very witty and light hearted jot to mention absolutely beautiful. She definitely rates an A+

  Working with Jenni Kennedy of Ocala Realty World was more like having a concierge than a real estate agent. She provided me with detailed information specific to my situation and walked me through all the details when there was a choice to be made. She is extremely knowledgeable very responsive and transparent on dates time and costs i.e. no surprises. The staging presentation and marketing of my property was outstanding. The services she chooses to work with (i.e. Electricians Estate sale managers carpet cleaners) are all top notch as well. By far this was the most pleasant property sale I could have imagined.

  We worked with Jen Lambert. She was excellent in all aspects of our home buying process. Her market knowledge was extremely helpful in not only finding a home we will enjoy in the future but will also be a great investment. Jen went out of her way to always be available in showings and answering questions. She has a strong network of contacts for finance insurance and home improvement. This information along with the normal home move in setup as far as utilities cable and trash services was very useful in our transition. Outside of these normal expectations that you would have for a realtor Jen always made us feel like we were her number one customer with the attention she gave us during our process.   Working with Malcolm Landenberger was a pleasure to work with. I live out of state and was skeptical about working with a Realtor so far away who did not know anything about me or my family.   The contract was signed wrong the first time so I had to seek outside counsel for amends. The poorly written contract was a legal nightmare for both myself (buyer) and the seller. The real estate agent I worked with was too eager to get the deal done instead of thinking critically and holistically about the house.   Christie Casey is an amazing problem solver! She listed our fathers property and he unfortunately passed away during the listing. We had to take his property to probate and of course then clear out 62 years of living that he and my mom shared in that home. She worked through all the details for us connected us with community services that supported veterans in Marion County. That would have pleased dad. He was very involved in the Veterans Park and helping veterans. We could donate the things we could not find a home for to veteran support groups. She came and worked with me getting the last bit packed spent the whole day bringing boxes and getting things ready to be picked up then came back after we had to leave to meet with the group picking up the last items from the home before closing. Without her help we would have never made it. My sister and I live out of the area so having her there looking after the property taking care of all the details was a blessing!   We have been waiting for a call back from your broker but we have not received one. I wanted to talk about an experience we had . My wife and I wanted to see a house on 56 ave sw. We were told the owner had to be there. We werent very happy about this but they said it had to be that way. We went to the showing. We didnt have much privacy in seeing the house. We liked it but were afraid we would be heard if we spoke to each other. Then we put down a very good offer. We had the inspection. Guess what. The owners had to be there along with your realtor. Are you kidding me? We still had no privacy in the home to look and talk. We lliked the house but the inspector found a lot of big things wrong. Since we had met the owners and liked them we were afraid to offend them in lowering our offer. Too Bad. You all messed up. I am very unhapppy. We have never experienced this before. My wife were walking around the house in the drizzling rain and we wondered if we should go in and add to the five people already in there. (inspector owner wife 2 realtors.) Is this a policy to have owners in on the inspection of Their house?

  I submitted an offer listed by Kelly Lafayette that was accepted. After the inspection I paid for I decided not to buy property. I found another house I liked then made a written offer with Amber Nardino. She verbally accepted the offer so the next morning I drove 2 hours one way using a full tank of premium gas in my high end sports car and putting on 200 miles. When myself and my Realtor arrived we were told they had been negotiating with a cash buyer. My offer was not accepted. Highly unethical and unprofessional. My 1k deposit on the first house i cancelled still has not been returned and Kelly L won't return my Realtors calls. These two co- workers did nothing but play games and waste my time and my Realtors. Its my money and ill decide what I want to buy....Don't deal with this place. Trashy behavior P.s. Its illegal to not return a deposit...

  We were lucky to work with Paul Ouma. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness really shone through the entire process. Paul has a deep understanding of the area and the market as well as the patience to cater to our exact specifications. Our situation was complex as we had to do most of our tours remotely due to COVID limitations.   Paul Ouma is absolutely wonderful to work with! It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really cares about his clients! He was always available to answer our questions! We get to appreciate Paul and his amazing family even more now since we are neighbors and friends! Would totally work with him again!
