This was the first time that I had used MychoiceSoftware in fact it was the first time I had heard of them. I ordered ""Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016†late on Thursday afternoon and I received it on the Friday, Brilliant!   I was very surprised on how quickly my item arrived. I had not ordered from My Choice Software keys before so was unsure how good the company was. But my item came within a couple of days ordering. The team over there is great. Pre and post purchase support.  They helped me get a licensing model dialed in, helped me get what was cost effective, and helped me get everything installed. My Choice software & their team was extremely helpful in getting everything going for me. I'll definitely be back.

  Order received promptlyI accidently ordered the wrong version of office so I asked for a replacement. They made no fuss about it.. New version received today showing excellent customer service.   Used this company many times now , and I have used them with no hesitation, they are much cheaper than most shops and most online sites. Delivery has always been mega fast and that's why I think they stand out from the rest. You won't be disappointed !! I will definitely be coming back for more purchases from them. Well done my choice software I was staggered by the service. I ordered the program at about 11.30 am, received an acknowledgment straight away, another e-mail about 15 minutes later to say it had been despatched and I started the download without any problem whatsoever. I am very happy with the service.

  Process was easy to follow When I got the email with the zip file, it was easy to download and install. Email arrived within the prescribed time. Download war really fast. I started installation right after I downloaded the software, and it was easy with their help.   I had never heard of this firm, so I was a little bit sceptical. But what a pleasant surprise I had when dealing with them. Very quick delivery, packaged nicely and all the paper work and instructions were as clear as they could be. Also the price could not be beaten. I will definitely deal with this very professional firm again. I hadn't heard of My Choice Software before but when I found the license key I wanted for 20% cheaper than where I'd usually shop I went ahead and ordered.  It arrived a few days later as expected.   I was worried as never ordered software before, but it was so easy and service very efficient. Ordered on the Wednesday and license keys delivered Thursday - free delivery and the best price I've seen for license keys anywhere. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, 2nd time I’ve used these guys and will definitely use again. license key arrived next day and pricing is not too bad either.   This is the most speedy and affordable software company I’ve ever used. After buying programmes for the last 15+ years for 4 kids off the high street / online this company tops them all. Will continue using them in the future. This is the third time this year, since I discovered My Choice Software thanks to a friend, that I preorder with them and I will happily keep doing it for all future upgrades for his pc, software and hardware related.   I had never head of My Choice Software before, but they came up as one of the cheapest sellers for a computer software I wanted to buy (checked via Google) and had free delivery too! I was a little nervous about shipping with a retailer I'd never heard of, but was pleasantly surprised and impressed.   They went the extra mile. I dealt online and by phone to solve my problem with installing software. Their attention was personal and superb, and with their help, I quickly resolved the problem I was having. .I could not have asked for better help.5* service for my choice software and their amazing customer service. This company is absolutely amazing. I had issues downloading the software I bought from them and they were eager to help. I ended up having to give up complete control of my computer to the tech guy, and he was incredibly helpful. He took me through the process and did not leave me until it was confirmed that everything was running smoothly. He was also very personable and funny which helped the downloading process seem less boring as we waited for things to load.   After I realized I had a problem with my purchase, I called the support line. I was honestly prepared to wait for 30 minutes and talk to the answering machine. To my surprise, a human answered the phone and corrected my issue in less than two minutes... TWO MINUTES!! I received quick responses after email. I needed to exchange a product and was helped promptly and the process was easy.   I was clearly confused by versions for my software. . and I chose poorly. I ended up not being able to process my research data with the version I bought.   Trustworthy website aiding people in receiving discounts. I personally needed to get a temporary copy of a program that would otherwise cost me thousands of dollars if I paid for the full version.   I had a problem of incompatibility between the operative system with the software' version that I bought, they had changed me the license and problem solved. For the second system, I phoned them and they guided me through the installation. I purchased the wrong version of Microsoft office. The representative from My Choice Software was very helpful in assisting with the return and refund of the product.   I needed assistance in finding out my username as a returning customer. In spite of the 4 hour time difference, the My choice software was friendly and helpful. They even let me know which version of software I bought before. They helped me set up operating system remotely when I was having problems and they allowed me to do an exchange when I purchased the wrong windows package. I upgraded to the correct one and they refunded the difference. Also, very timely responses to all concerns, questions. Wonderful. Transaction was smooth and no issues with delivery.

  I got Microsoft windows 10 professional license key for very cheap compared to the price it is listed at on the microsoft website. Great deal, one time payment, trustworthy company, awesome customer service, quick delivery and overall very good experience. You responded quickly and with what I needed. My only problem is I'm trying to reload my laptop killed by malware and although my laptop accepted the key without WiFi driver I can't get online and finish.   I was very impressed with the extremely high level of customer service.   I have used My Choice Software three times now. First time for Operating system, second for microsoft office and third for some presentation related software I can’t remember.   I have worked with My Choice Softwarea couple of times while working on my doctoral dissertation and needing Microsoft office (but not wanting to pay the huge price for a copy). I was able to download the program to two computers and was also sent a copy of the disc. When I had an issue with downloading the program to the second computer (my error not the company's) I sent an email and they responded within 24 hours with help. I highly recommend My Choice Software! I found Microsoft windows 10 professional operating system for extremely cheap. Moreover, I also had the option to use on discount that they had at the time. I have both, so having this option helped me evaluate which version I liked better.

  I recently purchased windows 7 operating system. The instructions were easy to follow and I had no issue downloading. Then I realized I didn't have the license key. I contacted customer service and they helped me right away. Then I realized I had purchased the wrong version of windows 7! Duh! They allowed me to purchase the new version and canceled my first order with no penalties. Totally awesome customer service. Will purchase from them again should I need to.   I have always found the customer service to be very responsive. They have always been quick and have worked until whatever technical issue I had was resolved! And they have always been patient with me, and lect’s face it, I am no tech genius. Actually, I am quite the opposite. The download and installation instructions must be followed *exactly* or the installation will fail. The instructions are accurate, but the emphasis on their *exact* execution is missing. It is not clear why the software is not installable using routine variations in the install protocol.
