  Anna at My Choice Software was fast and friendly, from our first contact request through delivery of the final product. We are very happy with the quality of the product and the imprint of our logo looks fantastic! We would definitely order from them again and recommend this company to others. Anna was a huge help. I contacted about mallware protection for my pc.Next thing I knew is I received a notification that a mail was being delivered. Two hours later I received a mail with the license key.   I got Microsoft windows 10 professional license key for very cheap compared to the price it is listed at on the microsoft website. Great deal, one time payment, trustworthy company, awesome customer service, quick delivery and overall very good experience. You responded quickly and with what I needed. My only problem is I'm trying to reload my laptop killed by malware and although my laptop accepted the key without WiFi driver I can't get online and finish. But thanks, you guys delivered, this problems I mostly due to my tinkering with the machine

  After I realized I had a problem with my purchase, I called the support line. I was honestly prepared to wait for 30 minutes and talk to the answering machine. To my surprise, a human answered the phone and corrected my issue in less than two minutes... Thank you very much My Choice Software! I received quick responses after email. I needed to exchange a product and was helped promptly and the process was easy.   Such a great deal for this product! Used for my graduate thesis, was able to download instantly and easily. I am not super advanced with Microsoft office and Excell, but this got the job done. Special thanks to mu choice software and their help downloading and installing the programs. Very easy to do business with, clear, concise instructions on what is necessary and very prompt shipping. Very detailed help installing and using the program. And the prices are very cheap too Who could want more (except for free software—not!)

  Great products, prices and service. I bought the wrong product first time, it was the weekend so I bought the correct one and got a refund easily on the first product during the week. My Second purchase went more smoothly, just went on the site, found the software, got it 20 minutes later and boom, working like a charm Purchased several licenses to upgrade all of my PCs.   I thought the program did not download in full version, only a trial. I missed a step... I thought I had only received a trial, but my view of the download steps caused me to miss a step and obtain the trial version. The MyChoiceSoftware.com representative called me and assisted me, step-by-step with getting the full version that I paid for. Thank you for your dedication and persistence! I now have the full version for the next six months as promised. Your company is AWESOME!!! When I had a problem downloading, they answered my question right away and helped me to resolve the problem by going back and forth multiple times to make sure I can work with the program.   I had a problem of incompatibility between the operative system with the software' version that I bought, they had changed me the license and problem solved. For the second system, I phoned them and they guided me through the installation. Really good service All was rapid and easy. I purchased the wrong version of Microsoft office. The representative from My Choice Software was very helpful in assisting with the return and refund of the product. She walked me through the new purchase and waited on the phone until I had successfully downloaded it. Great customer service!

  Trustworthy website aiding people in receiving discounts. I personally needed to get a temporary copy of a program that would otherwise cost me thousands of dollars if I paid for the full version.   I was very impressed with the extremely high level of customer service. I am specifically speaking about the help I got with the installation process from their customer service and IT department.  I would definitely buy from them again because of the customer service and the help and assistance they provide.   They went the extra mile. I dealt online and by phone to solve my problem with installing software. Their attention was personal and superb, and with their help, I quickly resolved the problem I was having. .I could not have asked for better help.5* service for my choice software and their amazing customer service This company is absolutely amazing. I had issues downloading the software I bought from them and they were eager to help. I ended up having to give up complete control of my computer to the tech guy, and he was incredibly helpful. He took me through the process and did not leave me until it was confirmed that everything was running smoothly. He was also very personable and funny which helped the downloading process seem less boring as we waited for things to load.   I needed assistance in finding out my username as a returning customer. In spite of the 4 hour time difference, the My choice software was friendly and helpful. They even let me know which version of software I bought before. Transaction was smooth and no issues with delivery. They helped me set up operating system remotely when I was having problems and they allowed me to do an exchange when I purchased the wrong windows package. I upgraded to the correct one and they refunded the difference. Also, very timely responses to all concerns, questions. Wonderful.

  Honestly one of the quickest ways to buy software. I ordered on a morning, and received it the following day. I was surprised they needed that long, but I understand they have a lot of customers and can’t handle them all immediately. Always cheaper than other retailers also!! As always I was informed via emails on how to install my order, since I had some trouble doing so. I am very pleased with the software, working as it should.   I have always found the customer service to be very responsive. They have always been quick and have worked until whatever technical issue I had was resolved! And they have always been patient with me, and lect’s face it, I am no tech genius. Actually, I am quite the opposite. The download and installation instructions must be followed *exactly* or the installation will fail. The instructions are accurate, but the emphasis on their *exact* execution is missing. It is not clear why the software is not installable using routine variations in the install protocol.

  The company is very responsive if you have any issues and will resolve your problems in a hurry. I've used them in the past for the projection software. The prices are excellent. The customer service is awesome, helping me through every step. Installation was easy peasy lemon squeasy. Finding my product was relatively quick and easy. When I was unsure of what to do next, I received immediate help and was able to get my product right then and there. When the man answered although I had a long story regarding what I thought was a purchase, he was helpful, understanding and patient. I also discovered that I didn't make an initial purchase. He gave me insight about the system timing out due to purchasing for security reasons!!  Superb customer service!! The purchase was easy, and the delivery instructions were thorough.   I have worked with My Choice Softwarea couple of times while working on my doctoral dissertation and needing Microsoft office (but not wanting to pay the huge price for a copy). I was able to download the program to two computers and was also sent a copy of the disc. When I had an issue with downloading the program to the second computer (my error not the company's) I sent an email and they responded within 24 hours with help. I highly recommend My Choice Software! I found Microsoft windows 10 professional operating system for extremely cheap. Moreover, I also had the option to use on discount that they had at the time. I have both, so having this option helped me evaluate which version I liked better.

  I recently purchased windows 7 operating system. The instructions were easy to follow and I had no issue downloading. Then I realized I didn't have the license key. I contacted customer service and they helped me right away. Then I realized I had purchased the wrong version of windows 7! Duh! They allowed me to purchase the new version and canceled my first order with no penalties. Totally awesome customer service. Will purchase from them again should I need to. This is my second time using My Choice Software. Both experiences were just in the nick of time. The download is fast and the product is always the most up to date version.   I had issues with it loading and as soon as the company became aware of my issues they were very fast to respond and try to correct the issues.   I purchased my quickbooks 2016 here - the pricing is unbeatable, and I was able to start using it in about 10 minutes. I did have to upload my old quickbooks data, but that took very little time.
