  Andrew from Murphy's Outlet was amazing. I purchased a Samyang 14mm f/2.8 lens 2 years ago and misplaced my receipt. I called and see if I can get a copy. Andrew found the info on the system and offered to email it right to me. I got the email within 5 minutes. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend shopping at this location vs the ADORAMA store.

  Outstanding customer service and courteous too, thank you Murphy's O Nikon Z 6II with FTZ adapter was right on the time, packaged very well with no damage to box and the product.   Their website was in maintenance when I decided to buy something, however the team managed to lookup the products that were subject of interest, provided me with the details and delivered them to me very fast.   Lenses from South Korea are competitive and affordable I am very satisfied with Samyang Wide Angle lens and the results were very good. It is amazing that in recent years the lens manufacturers from South Korea start offering superior-quality products at very affordable prices. My experience is mostly with Rokinon, but now I think Samyang is also bringing excellent lenses. Thanks to Murphy's Outlet Cameras we have reached many new and interesting products. Before the purchase, I had a conversation with one of their consultants and I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge.

  Best bang for the buck during recent amazing sale For landscape photography, it's hard to beat the bang for buck you get with the Canon 5ds r when it's on sale for $1500 at Murphy's! It's a worth every penny.

  I recently purchased a Vello ShutterBoss II remote switch for Fuji from Murphy's Outlet in New York. Andrew determined my requirements and provided excellent recommendations.   Dropped in to Murphy's Outlet to look at a Canon EOS-1D X armed 200-400mm Lens Wildlife Photography Kit to get the best deal. Andrew greeted us at the door and assisted us. He was amazing! Patient, incredibly knowledgeable and above all honest. It didn't take me long to realize all the "ammo" I came in armed with was unnecessary! We purchased a great package at a great price.   I was very satisfied with the customer care I have received in this location. They have supplied a Fuji GF 110mm f/2 lens for my fujifilm_gfx_50s. They were able to fit me into their schedule very fast. The freight itself took only three days. I had some issues with the filter, but after a call with Luke the installation was very prompt to explain everything and it turns to be my misunderstanding. Everything works fine so far. Thank you very much.

  Excellent Camera, Murphy's Outlet shipped via ground, promised overnight Just got Sony Alpha a7R II via UPS Express Shipping at 7pm this evening, so far so good after a few frames. If you order make sure you get the free overnight shipping, placed my order several months ago with promise of free overnight shipping. Ended up arriving via regular UPS ground, 4 days after UPS label was printed. I'll cut Murphy's Outlet some slack since they have always been excellent in every way since I started shopping with them back in the mid 80's.

  I've boughta RF 100mm F2.8L Macro lens here before and my second experience was I bought the Sony A7R IVA. I'm new to photograph, I jys need some good footage and pics for my vlog and flowers photos.   I only go here if they have the lowest prices or I need to get something only they have on display. Maybe my opinion is shaped by their past strategy of overcharging their customers, but I've never felt welcome here, seems too corporate, the staff is generally not happy to work there, etc.

  Used Murphy's Cameras twice now and would use again I used Murphy's in the past for my Canon printer which I was happy with so decided to use them again for my Pentax K3 mark III. Delivery was fast and packaging was good. Only small thing is that I would have preferred if it came with the compact official Pentax UK 3 pin adapter for charging but it isn't a big deal. I would use Murphy's Outlet again without hesitation. Thanks!

  This place is good, has every Nikon camera but prices are excessive, anything you find online will be cheaper than buying from this store, for instance they sell a B500 for more than $700, so only go if you have money to burn, they help you compare too but the price for cameras I’m not too sure, expect to pay more than usual if you’re going to this store, or try the one next to it called “Adorama”. Went there to get a Nikon AN-CP21 Strap, charged $5 more than usual

  I’ve purchased a couple of different cameras from them and I have been extremely satisfied with the service, accurate description of the products, packaging and expertise. This is now my favorite online shop for still and underwater camera gear! One thing to note is that if you’re buying a product that is based out of state, you might pay tax charges. Not something crystal clear at first, but they do highlight it.

  I have bought a camera and a lens from the online shop. It is comforting to know that someone knowledgeable has looked over the gear before selling it. The rating system is good and matches the mechanical and optical condition of the camera and lens. Just note that for old models, you still need to give them a thorough wipe to remove the mock of old age. Only after that, the camera will look pristine like stated in the rating system.

The condition of the camera I purchased was in my opinion better as described by the ratings posted. Also very fast shipping.   Excellent service. They brought my extremely faulty Olympus OM10 35mm film camera back from the dead. The ( compound ) faults on this machine gave them the run-around, but they resolved the problems methodically, keeping me informed at each stage of the process. They also provide estimates and request approval before having to commit to any further spend. Polite, efficient and extremely competent service.

  Murphy's Outlet = Solid Photography merchant Murphy's Outlet has always been a great place to shop for digital gear. Lately I've been getting back into film photography, and it didn't surprise me to find that these guys have some of the best film prices a person can find. I've never had a bad experience! If you've never been to this high street outlet, it's worth a visit if you find yourself in the city. It's really something to behold!

  We were looking for an outdoor rated tv that could withstand the elements while providing a clear and bright picture. So far the Samsung Terrace is living up to those requirements and it is easy to use and connect to our Wi-Fi. We paired it with the soundbar and now we watch TV outside more often than we do inside. Great picture and great sound!

  This VIDEOMIC PRO Mic is for my personal camera for my site, not my work camera. The mic is ok, regrettably a lot more noise then I expected, but better then the Sony CX900 in camera mic.

  I assume that there is everything the photographer's heart desires. Unfortunately, I will never know. In two visits in this branch of the staff remained as if nailed to sit behind the counter and the customer has ignored. More attention and therefore better advice I got in my local Sammy's store. That's where I bought my new high-quality full-frame camera including lens there. Murphy's Outlet, NY waive seems like on these sales

  Looks cool, fairly roomy, provides extra protection for gear I bought a ThinkTank bag and had for one day and returned it because it was just too big. I called Murphy's Outlet and a guy Andrew recommended a small version of Lowepro bag and went ahead and immediately brought the large version. I use it daily and I love it!! I love that I can easily carry all of my gear including my new tripod ( that I will soon purchase). Excellent product. I recommend to anyone. Thank to the chap who recommended it to me while shopping in Murphy's Outlet.

  I bought the novel Fuji GFX100s from Murphy's Outlet and it arrived a week later. I upgraded from a GFX 50S. My favorite lenses are the Zeiss Otus 55mm f/1.4 ZE lens and the Fuji GF 63mm f/2.8 R WR lens. I shoot landscape photography. I was not satisfied with Fuji's customer service. My next call was to Murphy's Outlet. The rep could not have been nicer and more helpful. He suggested I may have purchased a lemon and to send it back and they would send me another one. He emailed me a shipping receipt for UPS. I packed up the camera and shipped it and a week later I received another camera. I tested it immediately and received prefect results. The camera and lenses is amazing and Murphy's Outlet is amazing with their customer service, which is why I buy all of my camera equipment from Murphy's Outlet.

  Had the best experience at Murphy's Outlet. The staff were outstanding and friendly and had a vast product knowledge. I ended up purchasing a Canon EOS C300 Mark III and Canon CN-E 18-80mm T4.4 lens. The team were able to suggest some great accessories and training that would enable me to make the most of my new camera.

  Went in with a defective filter stuck on my lens, and the guys here were super helpful and lovely and helped me get it off free of charge (even though I think they actually had to replace a part of the front section of my lens fitting). Will 100% return, super helpful and professional staff :)
