  I was searching for an affordable Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 lens and found a very good one at Murphy's Outlet. I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by Murphy's Outlet. Very quick communication by email before placing my order, and well informed throughout the delivery process. Am Very happy with the design and the feel of the lens. This has become one of my favorite lenses. Very sharp images straight out of camera. Love the Bokeh from this lens especially outdoors, but I primarily use this in the studio with my Sony camera. Thanks you so much for your service guys, I will be dealing with you in the future.

  The delivery of the Vortex Riflescope was delayed - the courier lost it. When I complained to Murphy's they agreed to send another scope for exchange without problems and after another 2 days the riflescope arrived. The reaction of Murphy's was very good.

  A trouble free experience My experience encountered no issues. Found Murphy's outlet online, I bought a Canon Speedlite and it swiftly arrived as described, well packaged. No complaints. Easy to use menu, multiple helpful features, fast recharge and It works great with the Canon battery pack and in combination with other 600 EX RT II flash units. Thanks

  Excellent service. I ordered a Panasonic HC-X1500 camera and I was so pleased with the service I received. The camera arrived the next day and was very well packaged. The price was fair and the camera is in very good conditions as described. Would definitely use this company again.

  Fair Price for a Mirrorless camera. I bought a Sony a7R IIIA from Murphy's Cameras online. It was much cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered the camera in mid afternoon and It arrived the following morning. Fantastic service. This is a excellent lightweight easy to use camera. I purchased this for my Landscape photography and I've not been disappointed. I Would definitely recommend Murphy's outlet.

  Nikon lens shopping made easy I Sent a message to Murphy's cameras online. About a Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm lens they advertised. Their sales representative got the lens out of stock gave me an honest description online... I bought it and Emails were sent telling me what hour it would be delivered. The lens was just as described. Perfect. And it saved me a round trip visiting the store. This is a great little lens. I bought it as the first upgrade from the 18-55mm and 70-300mm kit lenses that came with my Nikon D3500. I wanted a faster lens that would expand my low-light horizons, but I also didn't want to spend a ton of money- making this the logical choice. This lens is everything I was hoping it would be. Great service, thank you!

  Today I went to ask for advise about my Canon M200 camera as I had focus issue with it. The person who approached me tried too help me, but then the owner appeared and asked me to leave if I'm not planning to purchase anything from their store. This is very rude way to approach the customer. I will definitely won't buy anything from murphy's Cameras again. Not with this attitude.

  I ordered a Polsen UWM-2 microphone on a Sunday and it was delivered today in excellent shape. They included a very nice Windbuster as well. I am very happy with the service i received. This Polsen UWM-2 kit is a great value. I've tested it against a few different kits (rode, senn) and this kit is as good or better sound quality wise than the other kits I have. The first thing I noticed is the small compact case that the kit comes in. The build quality is plastic. It's super lightweight but feels durable. I accidentally dropped the transmitter on my tile floor and it was fine. I like how bright the screen is when it comes to life. It makes it super easy to read everything at a glance. It only took a minute to set everything up the first time and its interface is easy and intuitive. Murphy's outlet has made a great contribution to my equipment as an Audiographer.

  I Paid for a brand new Rode VideoMic Microphone and was very pleased with the purchase. The mic arrived okay and very quickly. Overall delighted with the purchase and the efficiency of Murphy's Outlet. This mic is perfect for getting great audio directly into the camera. The rechargeable battery and option to use AA's in a pinch make this mic so versatile for all run and gun video needs. I am using the Rode Pro with 2 Sony RX100M7 cameras and it works great. I Would certainly use murphy's Outlet again.

  This was my first time on this site and I was very impressed. for a Canon EOS R5 camera and they had It in stock. I called them on delivery and I placed my order with Murphy's having rung to make sure they had the camera was in stock and it was delivered in 2 days! and I had chosen the lowest price delivery option. I have been using 5D mark III since 2013. I was waiting for a new camera which provides more compelling reasons for upgrade. The R5 fits my criteria. I had been watching many R5 setting up videos made by many great photographers. Now, with my new R5, I am able to take more professional photos. Great service and experience. Very satisfied with Murphy's.

  Great shop, great online service I've visited their shop in NYC and also placed an online order. Lovely people, very helpful and informative in the shop. Originally i bought a new Canon EOS RP body and a 24-105mm lens, the camera and the lens were the same price as other retailers. This camera has motivated me to get back into photography. I've taken about 1500 photos since buying this camera a couple of months ago and it does it's job well. 4.5 stars overall. Don't normally bother writing reviews for stores but I'm so glad stores like this still exist and have staff that actually know about the stuff they sell. Keep it up!

  I bought a Nikon Z 5 camera from Murphy's and I have to say this experience has been a pleasurable one. There was a good description of the camera on the website and it was easy to order. From order to delivery I was updated via email which kept me well informed and very importantly the camera ordered arrived on time. For me, this was an expensive purchased which I was not taking lightly, I searched many site and opted to go with Murphy's Outlet next time this will be my first stop. If the prices are kept competitive, I will not go anywhere else and if Nikon release there new cameras soon I will probably purchase it here. Top site.

  Peak Design SLL-BK-3 This is a beautifully made piece of kit. However the design is flawed. The way the length adjustment works requires the strap to be doubled up right near the camera effectively making four straps holding the camera which is very cumbersome. Other straps have a thin leader to hold the camera which is much more flexible. Well made but bad design.

  I bought my mum a 55'' TV from Murphy's and discovered problems When I installed the Samsung TV at my her home and when I powered it up I was instructed to search for the app that I needed, unfortunately the app was not installed and was not offered on the certain model of Samsung TV. Unfortunately I returned the Samsung and purchased a different TV.

  My PTZ Optics camera Arrived on time, well packaged, and quality was definitely as good as expected following my chat with them. The picture is outstanding. There is a leaning curve to get the camera operational, at least for me but the tech support provided by both Murphy's Outlet and PTZ optics, is amazing. After installing this camera, I removed the lights I was using to stream, because they were no longer needed. Excellent picture, great price. My only regret, that I did not purchase this last year. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

  I do not generally write reviews, but in this instance because the service was so good I thought I should let others know. I purchased a Canon EOS M200 camera. The staffs description of the camera was absolutely correct. Also the price for a camera in this condition was the cheapest I could find after many weeks of searching various sites. I made the transaction about mid day and the camera was delivered next day. Could not be better. The Camera was very well packed to avoid damage in transit. I read many reviews about which DSLR was best to produce video content. This camera is right on, I am still learning to use it, but love it so far. Great pictures. I would definitely do business with Murphy's Outlet again.

  I was let down by another website after ordering two PolarPro 82mm Filters. After 5 days I cancelled my order. I then found then on the Murphy's Outlet website even cheaper with free delivery. I ordered them, got conformation emails for my order very quickly. Then I received emails stating my order would be with me tomorrow and even told me the hour it would be delivered. All happened exactly on time, I couldn't have asked for any more. Highly recommended.

  I ordered a Macro Lens lens for my Nikon F on Tuesday afternoon and promptly received emails confirming my order. I then received another telling me my lens would be dispatched soon and then another to say the lens was dispatched and on its way. On Wednesday at lunchtime the Postman arrived with my lens which was well packaged. The lens could have been a bit cheaper as other stores had been selling it for $400. After a week of playing around, I feel confident this lens will always be nearby if not living on the camera at all times. Once again, Murphy's brings the sort of quality I'm looking for at a price point I can stomach. Love it! I would recommend this store and would shop here again myself.

  I bought the velvet 56mm and 85mm as an addition to my Lensbaby lenses and optics collection. Yes they are all manual focus. In aperture priority on my Nikon D800 I shoot a frame and then check my histogram and most of the time I set my exposure compensation to 1. Thanks Murphy's Outlet for your online help in lensbaby choices on my budget. Great special effects and definitely recommend it!!!!

  I needed a wide-angle lens on my Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K and that's how I Googled my way to this shop. Got a ZEISS Otus 28mm f/1.4 ZE Lens. It's a very good quality pairing with the BMPCC camera at an affordable price point, with the ability to use ZEISS Lens Gears for use on a cinema-style rig with follow focus..

  My new Lensbaby 5.8mm Circular Fisheye is fun to use. This little gem of a lens is everything I expected. Gives you a whole new level of creative photography at a fraction of the price of a Canon lens. Sure, it's not the holy grail of circular fisheye lenses, but Lensbaby devises a perfect solution at modest price! Very happy with the lens and it serves my purpose very well without breaking the bank! Thanks Murphy's Outlet for the great service-as always!

  Great Service I ordered the Sony ZV-1 Vlogging camera kit as a Birthday gift for my daughter, so no experience with it yet, but the Murphy's service was outstanding.   I am a pro still photographer/cinematographer with a lot of high end Sony cinema gear. I was looking for a small compact camera that I could put in my pocket and take everywhere but I did not want to compromise on image quality. The Sony RX0 Mark II camera fits this requirement perfectly. The RX0II is designed to be a more advanced option over a GoPro.

  I received my camera...in the end. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing after placing the order online, I rang customer service and they said there were delays and they were waiting on the shipment. Ok, no worries, but they could have let me know. Another 2 weeks went by and still no correspondence, so I rang them again. My order was sitting there packed and ready to be shipped (for how long I don't know) but a fraud alert had been raised on my debit card ( they couldn't tell me who or why). After they put me on hold a few times they agreed to send it by express and my Lumix g95 arrived the following day. Poor communication from Murphy's Outlet but a hectic time of year so it is what it is.

  Disappointed with service I knew the camera I wanted to buy, so searched on the internet for prices to find no difference between camera shops. I stumbled across Murphy's reviews and was obliviously hoodwinked by the "free gifts" available with my camera, so placed my order with them. Unfortunately the "free" camera bag is for a camcorder and far too small for the camera purchased. An exchange was refused, and I would have paid the difference if required. I'm looking to buy further accessories including a bigger camera bag but I will be taking my custom elsewhere. I would not recommend purchasing from Murphy's Cameras'

  People are great, but web site needs more care! I wanted to do a course, that was advertised in an email from Murphy's Outlet. I clicked on it to find more info, and was directed to a page; this, at the bottom, mentioned another course, taking place on a different day, which I could book at a special price if I booked both together, which I did. Confirmation came back, saying that both courses would be on the same day, which was no good to me. It took me a while to convince them that their web site was wrong. Eventually I got a refund on the second course, but it means that if I want to do it at some future date I will have to pay the increased amount, through no fault of my own. Basically Murphy's need to check all references to something on their site. It will not be the first time!!

  Horseman 95mm Not in stock Came to the Murphy's Outlet website specifically because they had the Horseman 95mm Center Filter for the 90mm f/5.6 Lens I wanted in stock. Or so they said.   The reason I've knocked a star off is I ordered the item before the cut off point for delivery the next day, Friday, but the item didn't arrive til Monday, missing the weekend for which the item was needed. Having said that the item did arrive Monday and the next day delivery charge was refunded in full but a little frustrating.

  The Mono-pod arrived quickly and safely, but I was disgusted by the internal protection in the box, which was plastic air bags. Using non recyclable plastic bags when crumpled paper could have been used, which is recyclable, and would have done the job just as well, to me is unacceptable with plastic being very environmentally unfriendly. Unless you can reassure me that you are going to stop using un-necessary plastic in your packaging, I will not be buying any more items from you by post! I hope that you will reply to this review.

  Made an online order recently and I had a great experience. The website is simple and easy to use. The Leica Summarit-S 70mm lens arrived packaged up nice and secure.   Being a recent returnee to photography, I have purchased a FUJIFILM 80mm lens from murphy's Cameras, and the service has been excellent. This lens is amazing. It has great character and bokeh. AF works nice with GFX100. Very sharp wide open but not disturbing way. It is not heavy for a fast lens. Gives you more room compared to 110mm lens so it works better for me. In particular, a big thank you to the telephone sales team who have been patient and helpful to ensure that I have bought the correct lens.

  Stumbled on this wonderful store whilst internet-searching for something else, and paid them a visit. Impressively stocked fine renovated chapel, staffed by helpful folk who know their business.   Probably the best in US for good quality and reasonably priced second hand cameras and equipment. Have used them for an Order on a used Rokinon 85mm lens with no complaints at all. I love the images the lens captures. I bought this for my Sony camcorder. I shoot a lot of interviews and I like this lens. I needed a lens with a high f-stop, and this lens is great. I will definitely buy more lenses from Murphy's Outlet in the future.

  Only said item out of stock day minutes before delivery ordered a wide-angle zoom lens/camera kit and several accessories with a set date in more than a weeks time. email the day before the delivery saying the camera/lens kit was out of stock. Was able to cancel this no questions asked but if it wasn't in stock i would have appreciated knowing a week earlier. instead i had to scurry around on a Monday lunchtime trying to find somewhere that would do Tuesday delivery.   Bought a Lume Cube Pane from Murphy's Outlet. Personally I am glad I waited for the Panel. Any time I asked for updates they were quick to respond and help by any means necessary. I love this light! It's not too small or too big. Just right for my Canon SL2 camera and fits great in my gear bag. The bi-color LEDs make the perfect match for any situation and are super bright.   I've been a customer of Murphy's Outlet for at least 10 years - since I started using their equipment. Quite simply, they are the best! Stock levels are usually good - if an item needs to be ordered they'll give you a realistic delivery time. I've traded in old equipment with Murphy's Outlet- and was pleasantly surprised at the values given. I always seemed to get a very fair deal. I've also bought used equipment from them and I found their descriptions of an item's condition to be pretty accurate. In short, I can't fault their service in my experience with them. That's the main reason they're my first call when I'm looking to add something to my camera outfit. Highly recommended!

  Sony Alpha A390 Digital SLR with 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens Enquired to see if the camera l wanted was in stock and what the delivery time scale would be. I was immediately answered and l proceeded with my purchase. The camera and lens came well packaged and protected with decent amount of padding. On opening the box l did notice a tiny week issue with the charger. I contacted Murphy's Outlet and again an immediate and courteous reply and the issue was resolved by the excellent staff at Murphy's Outlet. This is the second purchase l have made from Murphy's Outlet and l will definitely be giving them my business ago.
