  Hasselblad XCD 45mm f/4 Great lens for 907x, B W 970 metal lens hood work perfectly with the lens! Superb lens, doubly so considering it's relative bargain cost. No lens hood is supplied or offered to I bought a B&W aluminium hood and it finishes off the outfit nicely, as well as serving very well as insulation against knocks or bumps from use. I also now LOVE Murphy's OUTLET for getting this lens and extras to me in Canada in under a week for a mere $35

  I ordered a DJI Air 2S drone on Sunday afternoon and paid for express delivery, My order was delivered via UPS securely packed on Wednesday Morning. I was kept in the loop every step of the way.   Great Camera. I found this site while surfing the internet for an Olympus E-M1 Mark III camera. The camera turned up in 4 days with tracking info sent straight away and was brand new, I took It out for a test run today without any problems and It performed perfectly, I look forward to a long relationship with it. Many thanks to Murphy's Outlet for their patience, understanding, knowledge and helpfulness in walking me through this process, every time I called they were extremely helpful.   It's been over a month since I bought a Canon 90D from Murphy's Outlet. They sent me one that didn't match the description and their cameras clearly don't go through any quality check, before they send them out. I spent more of my own money sending it back for a replacement and when I contact them they never reply to my emails.

  I don’t normally leave reviews either but in this case it’s justified and hopefully helps anyone else that’s a bit skeptical, I saved around $100 on my purchase and the shipping time was AMAZING, I received my Nikon NIKKOR 105mm lens in 5 days, I have used the lens on several bodies and I've been able to capture amazing sharp photos. I would recommend Murphy's Outlet. Thanks

  This is by far the best experience I had with an online store. I recently bought a Blackmagic camera and after an excellent communication with Andrew, a few days after the package was delivered to my address swiftly and It's an amazing video camera for the price. I attached a Vintage Canon 50mm f/1.4mm lens with a speed booster and it took some amazing shots. thanks to murphy's outlet for offering this camera as I had a hard time finding it in my local stores and The whole process was very simple and intuitive.

  Good but on this occasion not great. The product ordered was delivered within the schedule quoted but unusually I got no regularly updated information about the delivery tracking during the waiting time. So on this occasion the service wasn't up to Murphy's Outlet usually exceptional high standards. The delivery was made by FedEx and the lack of tracking updates was their doing not Murphy's fault, but this does reflect on the overall service.

  Unable to find out firmware version of used camera before buying Before buying a used EM-1 II camera, I wanted to know whether its firmware had been updated and, if not, which firmware version was installed. I was told that firmware was often updated on used cameras when they were prepared for sale but it was not possible to ask anyone in the warehouse to check this on the particular camera that I wanted to buy. I took the risk that I'd have to update it myself (not keen: unreliable broadband) and all turned out well -- the camera arrived with the latest version, which is required for the proper operation of a lens I intend to use. But it made me think twice about placing my order. I think firmware information for used stock should really be added to the condition details on the website at the time of preparation, if it's not going to be possible to enquire about it later. Very happy with the condition of the camera, rated by Murphy's OUTLET at 9-, and no other issues in this or past dealings with Murphy's..

  A Distinct Location for Used Bags & Cases for Cameras, Lighting & Other Gear I always shop at Murphy's because of their large selection of products. I carry my camera and three additional lenses everyday. I had to carry two camera bags to hold all of my gear until I found the Think Tank Sling Camera Bag. It holds everything I need and it is so easy to carry. I don't have to worry about dropping it. And it is truly the best for the more honed photog who no longer wants to carry heavy bags around. It is efficient, convenient, safe and inexpensive. I highly recommend it.

  Lensbaby Velvet 85mm Lensbaby does as advertised. You get a soft focus with outstanding bokeh backgrounds. Not an easy lens to focus but with some time should come as second nature. (I do have one issue with this lens which I would like to speak to your technical department about.)

  Great camera, great service I ordered this waterproof and rugged camera to use when conditions were too bad to use my DSLR, all of my cameras are Fuji so this was the obvious choice.   Gopro purchase I purchased my GoPro Hero 8 Black Edition through MURPHY'S OUTLET based in New York.   Great Photography Shop Ordered a couple of bits from Murphy's after going in store to buy a Nikon D5500 DSLR and lens; I emailed Murphy's previously with questions towards tripods and I gratefully received an email with links to different types within my budget. Very knowledgeable staff and was very pleased with my new Manfrotto tripod, bag, ball head and Nikon 50mm lens. Definitely recommend to anyone either thinking about starting photography or just in need of help with what to buy :)

  Excellent delivery marred by returns service The assistance over the phone was superb, the fast delivery was also superb, but all of this is marred by the time it takes to refund on products. Such a shame as I would not have considered going anywhere else, but the returns service just does not match the dispatch service.

  I've ordered many times from Murphy's Outlet and always found them to deliver as promised. This time, my used lens was supplied with an incorrect hood. Within 5 minutes of picking up the phone, and no questions or proof asked, they'd dispatched a brand new correct hood for next day delivery.   Sony FE 200-600 I saw what I wanted, I paid and it was delivered efficiently. I thought it was a bit over priced but never the less glad I got the lens. The lens was well packed and seemed in good condition. I didn't like the fact that soon after receiving my lens, they were suddenly advertising on Facebook, which seems a bit too much of a coincidence not to be connected. I shopped here because it was local for me, so I could always go in to them if there was a problem, but luckily there have been no problems.

  poor packing Bought a Canon 5DS, it was shipped after 1 week, even if I selected next day delivery, It was bought with finance, Barclays approved it next day, Murphy's Outlet sent the camera one week later, the camera was in the original box and the original box was in a plain carton box without any protection bubble wrap or anything, the focusing is off on every lens (front focusing). I paid $2700, I expect at least proper packaging, a 5ds is not a bag o potatoes. Murphy's Outlet was my favorite camera retailer, not anymore.

  Manfrotto Geared Head The service from Murphy's Outlet is what you would normally come to expect and it's just excellent.   Amazing Quality and Performance ! I ordered this Tasco Spacestation telescope due to online reviews on YouTube. I'm glad I chose this optic. The build quality is good especially the tripod. Assembly is simple and intuitive. I was viewing the moon and Saturn within an hour. If I had to nit pick I'd want a better astro guide, but for the money you can't go wrong.

  Outstanding service. I bought my Leica Q2 camera from murphy's outlet and was amazed at how fast they processed my order and how soon the camera arrived, So far I am really excited with the performance of the camera. I have not had it too long but the pictures I have made have been outstanding. Since getting It and using it for a few weeks I am Very happy.   Absolutely incredible I've been looking for a camera for awhile now and once I saw the Nikon D5600 I knew my search had ended. Murphy's Outlet packaged it so well and their shipping was great. Came in perfect condition. The accessories kit was just a nice and gave me everything I needed without buying things separately.

  I went to murphy's Outlet to check on a Canon R5 camera and was really surprised at not only the quality of the camera itself but also the quality of the photos it was taking. I caved in and decided to purchase it as the main camera to document my families life and I'm so so happy I did. The camera is so easy to carry around on weekend walks and it captures moments so perfectly. I am very pleased, so far, with the results and look forward to getting some more accessories from murphy's outlet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

  Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. still Waiting over a month for my order, no communication, no apology, no explanation, and no idea whatsoever on when I might receive the order. I will never be using Murphy's outlet again and would recommend you all to do the same by avoiding them.

  i Ordered a new Wireless GO mic at a great price and free postage. It arrived very quickly and is great quality. I've had it for 2 weeks now and it works great! I'm very satisfied with the sound quality after making 3 new videos. I can now put the transmitter in my pocket and run the lavalier mic cable under my shirt and out of the way and it's Excellent. I will be purchasing an additional one later on from Murphy's and definitely recommend them to others

  I came across Murphy's Cameras whilst searching for a Nikon D850 which I’d been trying to purchase for many months. I made my order online and The camera was delivered the next day because I had already paid for express delivery. The service was excellent and the camera is Easy to set up and use!   I ordered some Extension Tubes for my lens from Murphy's Outlet . The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout straightforward, My order arrived in a timely manner delivered by UPS well packaged and was in excellent condition on arrival. I use the extension tubes with the Canon T8i and the 18-55 mm Canon lens that came with the camera and What I like about these extension tubes is there solid all metal construction and contacts to maintain the auto-focus and exposure functions of the lens. Basically i can't fault Murphy's Outlet services and would highly recommend them.

  Very easy to find the binoculars I wanted on Murphy's Outlet website. Clear, accurate description and simple to order for click and collect. Online price lower than in store. When I collected them Andrew charged the lower price. Sure staff helpful and efficient. Binoculars seem high quality, easy to use a d with good magnification, clarity and sharp image when used for birdwatching.

  The lady who served me in the Murphy's shop was excellent - knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful.   Murphy's Store Service Excellent: The person who served me at the Murphy's Store was exceptionally helpful. He listened to my needs and made sensible recommendations based on our discussion. He did not try to "up-sell" - the product suggested was precisely what I needed and at an appropriate price. He was very polite but also engaged me in conversation about my needs to better understand what they were. I therefore felt very comfortable with my choice of camera and the price I was paying represented good value. I have been using the camera and lenses for about three months and am very pleased with the choice. I would recommend Murphy's Outlet. The customer service was excellent and the camera was very good value.

  Easy Purchase & Trade-in at Murphy's Outlet, 36th street- New York. I had a visit to Murphy's Outlet, where the gentleman that served me was very knowledgeable & helpful with assisting me to purchase a new Sony A6400 16-50mm Lens and an additional 18-135mm lens whilst also trading in two older lenses I no longer had use for. I would definitely recommend this store and will use again.

  Great support for beginners! As a beginner, I bought a new camera from here recently other bits and bobs, cannot praise the staff enough. They couldn't be more helpful and I feel free to go back should I need further advice. I also attended a one day training session and that was really useful.
