    I wanted to purchase a short term insurance for me and my family and found out at the end of the process that I was the only one enrolled. I tried later on to simulate another quote including my dependents and understood that the system couldn't include them although requesting their information.

    Die Anmeldung verlief problemlos online. Es gab einen Rückruf und die Mails kamen prompt. Die Prämie ist völlig Okey . Ich hoffe , dass im Fall der Fälle die Rückerstattungen funktionieren . Das wird sich dann ja erst mit der Zeit zeigen..Ich bin für mich erstmals froh, dass ich nun als schon lange ausgewanderte endlich eine bezahlbare Krankenkasse abschließen konnte.

    The process took a little longer than I would have expected and there wasn't clear feedback from the system as to where I was standing. Nevertheless, it all worked out fine. There are some mandatory fields in the electronic forms that do not apply to some countries (e.g., IBAN) and there is no clear way to go around.

    I waited a long time for login credentials. Also it is too expensive and I couldn't buy only a liability insurance, I had to buy also a medical insurance additional to the one I had before.

    I tried to enter an insurance agreement for the next day and we had to call them to expedite the finalization of the insurance contract. In the end, the insurance contract and certificate arrived just on time.

    Slow respond, not support for clients, really bad service. It took more than one month to solve a claim, I have to call every day to try to get my refound with no solution, they tell you they will answer you soon and no answer. Not worth the money! Don't take this company

    Slow in replying to claims. Asking extra paper work along the way, rather than having an up-front clear and transparent system of reimbursement of claims. Not happy!

    The enrollment process was time consuming and frustrating because the site didn't seem to be working so I couldn't not submit my documents. I sent about 8 emails asking for assistance and had no response for 5 days by which time I had already resolved the issue on my own.

    It took 5 days to receive my username and password to login. No one was able to help over the weekend. You also only receive a digital insurance card which means I have to print it out instead. The least they could do would be to send a proper card. Everyone has been very polite though but I haven't had to make a claim yet so I can't comment on that.
