It is very heavy, but fantastic!!

I bought four Perry pieces to create a beautiful, stylish, comfortable sectional with chaise. I could not be happier! The white glove delivery was second to none, and I've enjoyed my sectional every day since. It's impressively sized, and incredibly comfortable. The fabric is soft yet sturdy, and cleans up easily. It's adaptable, if I need to add or remove pieces in the future. It's packaged one component per box, so will fit through narrow halls, oddly-angled apartment entrances, and 2nd floor dwellings. Yes, it's more expensive than the generic, cardboard crap available on some other websites, but not outrageously priced, and it will last for years. Plus, Modloft has occasional sales, which made my sectional a fantastic value for the price. Customer service is responsive, so reach out if you have questions prior to purchasing. Whatever you do, though, purchase! I'm 100% happy, and can recommend this company and their products without hesitation.

We were looking for a modern platform bed with attached nightstands but were concerned about how low some of them were. This style is perfect. It’s not too low to the ground so it’s easy getting out of bed, we are in our late 50s, but still low enough so it looks sleek and modern. Would recommend to anyone wanting a modern look.
