Hello, I’m giving only 3 Stars because the Headboard is not the Same color as seen on the site, face to face it has a pinkish tint to it I was looking for this tweeded gray that I saw on the website

Table is very nice but no quite what was expected. It is very low. Like 10 inches off the ground and each side is a completely separate piece with nothing connecting them. If none of that is an issue, this is a beautiful table.
My experience was less than optimal though. Order was delivered almost 1 month late with no explanation. They have 90 day try it at home policy but to return it you pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost is forfeited. But what has been difficult is coordinating return. The shipping company keeps scheduling pickup without checking with the me on the one day I told them does not work…. So it is taking a lot of time to get returned. Would expect much better service at this price point.

I ordered this table because of its design and size. It arrived well, and the assembly was nicely and professionally done. As an interior architect, I noticed that if someone is seated near the middle of the table, their feet will hit the base. This should not occur and quality control measures should indicate that. The table top should have been wider in the middle and proportionality sized. Overall, I am somewhat pleased. A top European luxury brand would not have this issue, however, the cost would be at least 4 times more. If this is corrected I would easily give 5 stars and a great recommendation.

I have to say the customer service here is horrible. First, they send me a defective bed and take forever to get a replacement part and now my dresser has been on orders since June and they tell me they're going to check on it and call me back or email me and nothing happens. To make matters worse the dresser is available for anybody who wants to buy it for a immediate shipment but I can't seem to get my unit. Never again! The customer service is simply horrific and the people really don't care.

Had a great experience with our white glove delivery. The employees were kind and helpful. The bed frame is what we imagined and more. However, the white headboards caused scratches to the wood due to the poor quality stapling on the back piece of the fabric.
For almost $2k, it’s a lovely bed frame overall, but a huge disappointment with the headboard scratches. Thankfully we had our Tibet Almond Stick to help with the lighter scratches, but it didn’t cover the bigger ones. Not a great way to end our first experience with Modloft.

This coffee table is amazingly beautiful. I gave it a 3 because I ordered two sets of tables to combine together as shown in the website and the walnut color was very different from the second table. I was planning on putting them side by side (the wood pieces) but because of the very different colors, I could not. I decided to keep the table because I had to wait several months to receive it and I did not wan't to wait that long again. I just rearanged the pieces so they would not be next to each other. Over all Modloft in everything I have ordered has been fantastic in customer service, quality, uniqueness and delivery.
