The sideboard is beautiful, however it arrived damaged. I’m giving 4 starts because this sideboard was delivered to me like 3 times and every time was damaged. Very frustrated

I ordered this chaise from another company first. Then after giving me a delivery date the let me know they were Not delivering it. Didn’t know when they would have it again.
So Iooked up who it was from and found you.😊 so glad I did. Within a couple of weeks it was delivered and I love it !

Order took forever to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered in October but we actually received it in late December. Had to contact customer service a lot of times and they were little help. The bed itself also isn’t good quality too and squeaks and shakes as we move.

I've had this bed for probably 5 years. Just thought I'd leave a review regarding its longevity. It still looks like new and as always been as solid as a rock; no creaking or squeaking at all. I am curious if this bed is still the same design as far as the slats being basically shaped like a pallet (actually 2).
Still love the design and the charcoal material. I have looked at other platform beds but just can't see replacing one this beautiful and well made.
Finally did replace the original Modloft mattress but it served me well. My new mattress is 11.5 inches high and looks fine on the bed.
