Finished remodeling the office

We have purchased a Bromme bedroom set before and we really liked it, so we then got a Bromme desk and a cabinet. For the price, I think the cabinet drawers could've been soft self-closing.

The quality is really good. Often with walnut surfaces like this, you will have multiple long pieces of walnut with clear seams between the pieces. This is not the case here. The entire top surface is one continuous piece. The finish is also very good. Our $3000 walnut tv console dents easily, our $2000 walnut dining room table dents and scratches very easily. My gf will drop her phone on this desk, slide things around on it, no scratches, no dents. It just looks great. Everyone is drawn to this piece when they visit our apartment for the first time. The only con is the delivery guys need training. The first time, they couldn't figure out how it went together and said it was made wrong (My gf was here, I was working). The second time, I made sure to be here, and they said the same thing. I had to show them how it went together, they fought me, but I was right and it did go together. But it's a minor inconvenience for such a high quality desk. It should be twice this price or more. I would pay it, that's how much I love it.

I’m in love with my Monroe Bed. I received the bed a few months ago and have since been very pleased with how comfortable, sturdy and beautiful it looks. I get a lot of compliments on the bed and have really enjoyed owning the bed. I assembled the bed with my cousin (I was working when it was delivered and didn’t request the delivery men install it) and it was pretty straight forward. I recommend you closely pay attention to the pieces as we had to rescrew a few parts since we installed them incorrectly. As a tip, the legs in the center of the bed have adjustable legs to accommodate for a change in your floor height. My bed was creaking at first, but once I adjusted the legs everything was fine. There’s also an adjustable leg in the center front of the bed as well The frame is heavy, feels sturdy and looks amazing!
