The sales team is great! I requested a sample of the walnut finish to determine whether it would blend with my dining table. It arrived within a few days and I ordered the sideboard immediately. Although there was some damage to one corner, Modloft is sending a new one and I am able to use the one with the damage until the new one arrives. It is well made and a good value. I will not hesitate to order from Modloft in the future.
