Our design firm has been a Modloft client since our inception. Modloft remains a "go to" resource for all our projects. They provide our business with excellent product as well as industry leading customer service. Their staff’s knowledge and attention to detail have been instrumental in contributing to our success in having satisfied clients. We receive exceptional customer service from our account manager Alison and the entire Modloft team. At every instance, I feel they genuinely want us to be completely satisfied and I am happy to report that we are! It is nice to know that Alison is always there to help. If an issue arises, it is addressed expeditiously, efficiently and fairly. I can confidently recommend Modloft, Alison and team as a solid and reliable business partner!

After ordering 4 of these chairs last season, I decided to replace some more chairs with these. We live near the ocean and both the color and the wood have stayed pristine, despite the beating they get from the weather.

I was worried how it would look compared to the picture online and it feels and looks great. There were minor stains that didnt erase and wood of side base had discoloring on the floor side (though not visible) but Modloft took care of it promptly.

I love my Bowery set of furniture. I just wish my additional dresser that I just ordered did not come in damaged. Overall, I am very happy with my furniture.

We bought two of these in glossy white. They are gorgeous - more beautiful in person than we even hoped for and they are extremely well made. In addition, they were packed so beautifully and thoroughly that they arrived in perfect condition with not even the smallest scratch on the glossy surface. The tables are a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for, and these tables are very much worth their price. We are extremely pleased with these tables and with the company.

We placed our first order with Modloft recently - and I cannot say enough great stuff about our experience. Alison was VERY prompt and responsive. Our order was small, but I still felt like a very important customer. MODLOFT service is amazing, and the products are really beautiful. We received samples quickly, order shipped and delivered super fast, and customer service was stellar. I will definitely return to MODLOFT, and I would recommend this great company and Representative to anyone!

The only reason I'm not giving this bed a 5 star review is the odor. It comes with a label warning about formaldehyde and does indeed have a funky odor. We've had it about a week and the odor is less noticeable. Other than that, it's great quality; looks great and very comfy with our Tempurdedic mattress.
