The wood color is a bit darker than it appears in the photos other than that, the bed arrived on time, great customer service and super friendly assembly crew. Haven't used the bed yet and though it doesn't look like real solid wood but it looks like high quality materials. Over all great experience I'd recommend modloft

Let me start by saying I had to return a King Bed that I bought as the shipping company somehow mixed up the attached side tables. Anyhow, in doing so I can only rave about the excellent customer service. I dealt with 3 different people, all were knowledgeable, read the notes on the account & were able to help & not place me on hold or into a voicemail. The bed was returned at no charge to me & my account was refunded the day after pick up.

I am very happy with the two Centre Occasional Tables I ordered from Modloft. They arrived very well packaged, protected & looked very much as they were represented online. Very sleek, modern & perfect accent tables for my midcentury modern living room . My only complaint is the 2 tables I was sent came in 2 slightly different shades of walnut, but it is not that noticeable. Really unique & cool pieces of furniture!

I love my new bed. It’s different and quite the conversation piece. Even though the bed took longer than expected to arrive and there were concerns with the installation, the bed was worth the wait.
