I have worked with Kevin on several projects. All went very smoothly and most importantly a happy client at the end of the day . To have such stylish and quality furniture readily available is such a help in my business . Cant recommend Modloft and Kevin highly enough .

Modloft is a new line for us, and Alison has been absolutely THE BEST. She is so responsive and doesn't mind our many, many questions and requests! Finish options, style/comfort questions, sample requests, availability - every inquiry is is handled with care. She is so quick to respond, whether by email or phone. Her excellent customer service has been instrumental in our decision to purchase Modloft products.

Daniel has been great to work with... my clients have all been very happy with the items they have received from Modloft and on the few occasions where there were some product issues, the company was quick to respond and helped me deal with things promptly and effectively.

Alison is my new rep and is always amazing to deal with. She will always take the time to go over ever detail of our order before we place it to make sure everything is correct. We have had multiple orders now . The Modloft team in general are great. They easy to get in touch with and always get back to me right away. If ever a issue they dealt with it right away for me.

As part of the trade program I love Modloft for the style, quality and value I can offer my clients. Daniel is my rep and he's excellent. Knowledgable, responsive and always right on top of my requests. I particularly like that he will call me personally to address any questions I have. Customer service is also great and quick to respond. It's a win / win combination!
