As commercial interior designers, we have used Modloft products in many projects. We have never had quality issues and each piece adds it's own personal touch to the overall design. My job is to place all orders for the design team so customer service and quick response is of upmost importance for the success of each project. I have found Alison Figuora to meet my expectations in a quick, professional and friendly manner for each project. i searched quite a while for a modern, functional nightstand and came upon these. they are beautiful (glossy dark gray) and we love them. customer service was excellent with great communication, also appreciated the chance to order samples of the finishes and quick shipping. very pleased!

1. The Essex Sofa is beautiful, unique and superbly made. My clients especially love the stitching.
2. Initial purchasing: we had pretty strict huidelibes abd time frame. Modloft was 100% accommodating with the numerous changes. Finally we got the green light to deliver in a "3" day window!
3. Modloft exceeded the time, delivered and assembled the Prince Bed and the Essex Sofa!!
Clients were amazed.

It was easy to assemble. Arrived on time. It is very low to the floor, much lower than I anticipated. We do like it but were very surprised.
