We bought two Crosby chairs for our living room and are very pleased with our purchase. The chairs are of very high quality, sturdy and sleek looking. The leather is soft and high end. Comfortable for occasional use but not a chair you are going to snuggle-up in and watch a movie or a night of watching TV. Overall, we are very satisfied.

My wife and I narrowed our sofa search to the Modloft Perry and one from Interior Define. We chose the Perry because it had more of the look we wanted in our space. What a great decision. Besides its beauty, we were blown away by the quality of the entire piece - cushions, fabric, and frame. Really, really well done. Thanks!

I love my new bed, most of my issues have to do with packaging and delivery or I would’ve gave five stars. It comes with a lot of plastic on the base and I had white glove delivery but they didn’t know how to take all of the plastic off and DID NOT take it all off so even to this day there is plastic on the base of my bed. NOT COOL. They also did not know how to put it together and asked me for pics and what not. NOT COOL. They also left debris in my hallway leading straight from the elevators to my place that I had to clean up. Definitely not white glove at all. They dirtied the leather with their dirty hands so I had to wipe that down as well and they did not wear shoe covers in my house. Overall love the bed just not happy with delivery.

I have been working with Alison Figueroa, the past few weeks. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. She was able to honor pricing, as well as get our products to our receivers in a timely manner. She made the process and transactions super smooth. She is reliable and right on time. Her quality of service made the products even more worth while .

We are so happy with our Worth King bed. The first one that arrived at our house had unfortunately been damaged along the way, so it took some time to receive the second. We were sleeping on our mattress on the floor. NOW that we have the bed, it’s beautiful and we are delighted with it. Super sleek, super gorgeous.

Looks sleek and has a modern look without any sort of overdone I’m-trying-so-hard-to-look-contemporary vibe. Just a really nice piece. It looks expensive. I did receive the sideboard with some fairly significant damage to one top corner area and the carrier took it back and another one was available for delivery within days. I thought the white glove delivery team was excellent as well - very professional.
